It’s UNFORGIVABLE what they’ve done. What these people did is beyond bad service. A quick search shows this terrible company has a rapidly growing horrible reputation for screwing over their customers. The people I directly dealt with and who are currently ignoring all emails: Teofilo, and Mariah. Though I suspect these may not be real names. My experience from someone ordering in the UK: I bought an expensive keyboard, stand, pedal, and stool, in the rough range of £1000. I ended up with only the stand, pedal unit, and stool and utter silence from them about my missing keyboard. Where I live it sometimes happens that postal carriers will leave items at the front of the house in a porch that is in full view of the street. Items have been known to be stolen. For anything large I always email customer service first to ensure there will be tracking and items will need to be signed for. An easy back and forth. ‘Teofilo’ confirmed that this ‘of course’ would be the case. I’m happy, so I make the order. Fast forward, everything is sent separately (fine) and I get a notification items will deliver 4 weeks away. After this note, the keyboard is delivered, and dumped, no signature, on my front porch in a HUGE box while I am out of the house for a few hours. Gone when I return. In short Bax couldn’t give less of a monkeys about this, having told me ‘they are looking into it’ for weeks, and now, deliberately ignoring all communication.

If things go wrong, they will do absolutely nothing to help you. These are the worst kinds of people. I am left with a huge bill at these parasite’s expense. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a guitar for my son. It didn't arrive after several weeks. I sent them an email and did not get a reply. Raised a claim with my credit card provider.

Product never came. Bax refuse to contact UPS or issue a refund. Having to fight them through PayPal. Buy elsewhere !

I bought a guitar from Bax in the New Years sale for my daughter's birthday. My daughter was really excited about it as she had picked it. Bax emailed me a day after I'd made the order to say that there was a mistake with the price of the item, and rather than honour the order, they cancelled it. The price is now roughly four times as much and my daughter is heart broken. Very poor service.

Bax didn't despatch to meet the advertised delivery date 23/12/25. When I phoned on the 24th and was told the items had not been collected I cancelled the order. The lady I spoke with on the phone blatantly lied to me say it had been cancelled because the goods were collected later that day. Bax are without doubt the worst music retailer I've had the misfortune to deal with. Avoid these lying idiots!

Item has not showed up. No reply to emails. Disappointing. Daughters Christmas present no show. Never had this type of issue with any of the other music retailers and have purchased a lot over the years.

Order still never arrived. Company dont reply to emails, phone calls on hold for an hour each time and gave up. Facebook message ignored. 250 pound I paid for nothing. I will be claiming through my card provider as soon as banks open up. Avoid using

I placed my order two weeks ago and as yet it has not arrived. I am concerned as Christmas is approaching fast and I have had no news whatsoever as to where my order is currently. Though I have tracking information, the courier has not received the parcel yet. What is happening?

Bought a dj mixer and was given the option to choose a delivery date. Website stated that if I ordered before 10pm that day it would be sent 24hr delivery. Over a week later and tracking message still states "the sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail" Got through to Bax customee service after a long wait on the phone only to be advised they are waiting for the courier to collect the parcel. Phoned again next day as nothing had changed on the tracking. Another long wait to speak to advisor. Same answer given by advisor. I asked for a manager to contact me about this I had also sent an email at the same time as the first phone callwhich the advisor stated they had not even opened. I have not had any contact from a manager yet in order to resolve this issue. I doubt they are going to do anything other than wait for the parcel to be collected. I got the mixer at a decent price in the Black Friday sale so don't really want to cancel it but may have to. I don't know how this company survives with this level of customer support. I will not buy from them again. Just be warned.

UTTER RUBBISH I purchased a speaker from what looked to be a UK website, complete with UK address, phone numbers and emails. I then find that the item I ordered is coming from the Netherlands. THEN UPS - Bax courier - informs me that I have to pay £104 import duty (50% of the value of the product I bought and 50% more than it would cost me to purchase elsewhere. I phoned the numbers on the website I used to make the purchase to hear a recorded message saying the number is no longer in use. I emailed their customer support and as yet I have had no reply. I have been trying to get UPS to return the item but that cannot do that from the UK. I have now TWO WEEKS LATER had no choice but to pay the import duty in the hope that once I receive the speaker I can return it to Bax for a refund.

Horrendous. I bought a bass for £491. The bass needed to be returned for repair. It was gone 3 monhts and returned (after pushing) without the rapair completed. I sent back again for a replacement to be sent. The replacement never came. I have chased and chased for over 6 months. Offer of voucher came and then was withdrawn when I accepted. Awful. I can not believe a company can act this way in this age. £491 is a significant amount of money. Fraudsters. Do not use.
