Terrible. You cannot speak to anyone. I placed an order on the 15th April due for delivery on the 17th, we’re now the 24th of April with no sign of my order, no update to tracking. No one answers the phone. No one responds to emails. No one responds to Instagram DM. Buy somewhere else, pay more if you have to for better service from a better company.

Lie no 1 order before 10pm Monday get Wednesday Lie no 2 shipped Lie no 3 parcel intransit to local hub Lie no 4 will delivered in the next 2 working days Truth delayed shipment, do you want the next shipment. I booked two days off work waiting in, and it was never even shipped. Please do not order from these you will be very disappointed.

My speaker stands have not arrived. I ordered them on the 15th of April. I've had no response from bax. I've had emails asking me to review them though.....which I can't do as they haven't even been sent. I'd advise people not to order through them as they clearly can't fulfill orders and keep your money.

I’m only leaving a review here today because I received an automated email asking me to do so. That seems to be how these guys work, but that’s just highlighted the way things are these days, because whilst I ordered a product from BAX a week ago, and they emailed me to say it had shipped, I’ve still not received it. The order tracking says ‘advised’ which means they booked a carrier, but it’s not been collected yet so I have no idea if it’s any good or not. Why bother leaving a review then? Well I’ve done do because when I followed up with an email to BAX to query the status of my order I didn’t get a reply, yet they still sent out a spammy automated email asking for a review though, so here it is. - I have nothing to review as it’s not arrived. - Customer service have not replied to my query about it - I’m not at all impressed. - I won’t order from BAX again. So thanks for the reminder, how do you like the review?

Scam fake company. Estimated delivery in a few days and no updates after a week. No tracking available. Contacting support by writing ignored to try to run away and by phone saying it's an accident and not given even an estimate of when will be delivered, if they even want to. Unlike other companies they can just disappear after you pay 300+ for a piano and nothing you can do.

Would rate as zero stars if possible. I ordered a £700+ amp, arranged a delivery day and adjusted my work schedule so I could be home. Bax changed the proposed delivery day to a different day that I would't be home for, then emailed me to say they didn't eve have the item I ordered and paid, so I cancelled the order, then they sent an invoice saying thanks for the order, then sent me a power cable I don't need or want in a huge box for an item I don't have. Then it took about a week to get my money back. Got what appeared to be standard email as apology

I returned a Zoom UAC-232 interface on 27 March 2024 and today, 19 April, I STILL have not received my refund. Useless customer service - you've lost me, Bax Music, forever.

Seem to have sales nailed but not returns. Absolutely disgraceful, they received my return three weeks ago...it was tracked and a photograph supplied so no option but to acknowledge...seems that doesn't count as it isn't 'the warehouse'...they supplied the returns label so why nor have it returned directly to the warehouse??? That was three weeks ago, perhaps the warehouse is a very very long way away! Customer Services are virtually non existent with useless responses such as we'll follow up...frankly I don't actually care what you do as long as you sort my refund! About to open a dispute now as clearly they are taking no notice of me.

I bought a pedal from Bax Music. It had a faulty jack socket that wouldn't hold the jack. I could have fixed it myself, but didn't want to invalidate the warranty, so returned it using the Bax returns process with prepaid envelope etc. They promised me updates which never came. I patiently waited the 8 weeks they said it might take. Now the 8 weeks have passed, their customer service dept are ignoring my emails. Regrettably I will now have to spend my time going through the small claims court process.

I bought a DJ booth on 25/03/2024 and today it is 03/04/2024 and I am still awaiting delivery. When I bought the item it was stated delivery would be 48 hours haha, this is clearly not the case.

When ordered was given a delivery date of 27th March. Today is the 1st April and they still have not been delivered!

Ordered a product that was promised next day delivery. 1 week on and it still hasn't arrived. Also waited in for a courier which never arrived. When I called Bax Music to inform them they didn't seem at all concerned just said that their website automatically says it will be a next day delivery but doesn't mean it is. Had I of known this I would have bought the product elsewhere. This experience has put me off using them for future products.

you have asked "how do you like your showtec mammoth stairs ?" i wouldn't know because 10 days later they still have not arrived ! this is your courier problem ,courier collected from you next working day (Monday ) and by Friday i get a message from them saying the item is loaded on the van ! they still are not out for delivery 10 days later ! Amazon ,Andertons, Gak etc.. etc.. next day delivery no problem , you really need to look at your courier they have held the item for 5 days and it still has not arrived ... and when calling you you say this is normal ? youre lagging behind the competition and now the festival the steps were for is over . very poor service

Terrible customer service. Sent me the wrong item (seems to be a recurring issue with them - wish I had checked the reviews before buying with them) I'm heavily pregnant with twins, and can't carry the item to a parcelforce drop off. It seems there is a £25 charge for collection from your home, which they can waive, but they decided not to in my case, and said they would not refund me until I found a way to get the item to the post office. If you work full time, good luck returning anything to them. My neighbour took pity on me and returned the item - after going to 3 parcelforce shops identified through thel= link Bax sent me, all of whom would not take the package because it was too large!!! This is all after THEY send ME the wrong item. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Can't be trusted to send the right item, then can't be trusted to fix it when they don't.

Ordered the guitar: a Takamine P Series. I received an email a few days later to say that the model had been discontinued - despite being on Takamine's website - (It hadn't; I placed the order instead with my local guitar shop). Then ten business days to refund the money? And needlessly cold and unhelpful customer service.. Even if they offer you some marginal savings, it's much better to get the support and helpful service from a shop - or even other online sellers such as andertons or gear4music tbh. whom I've only had good experiences with.

Product download was misrepresented and failed to install the software as described. Complete waste of Money and now out of pocket to the tune of £175.00 as the customer service team refused to refund or do anything about it. I would avoid dealing with them at all cost

Delivery was arranged for Monday 15th January but parcel force track and trace system.was showing no updates. I called Bax music and it took 20 mins to get through to an agent who was pretty unhelpful. I called parcel force and they advised they hadn't even collected my parcel. I had to take 2 days off work at a very busy time of the year. Eventually in Tuesday 16th Jan the parcel force website was updated and advised my item would be delivered between 11.23am and 12.23pm. My parcel was eventually delivered at 14.05pm. Bit impressed.

My purchase was 5 days late, and unfortunately a present for my daughters birthday ,which was missed. I tried contacting Bax music by email, and phone, but had no response either way. Very poor.
