Ordered a bluetooth audio transmitter on the 18th July 2023 company advertises 2-3 day delivery advised of tracking details which did not update/work. After contacting so called Customer Service twice by mail and twice by via their website which received no reply, finally arrived on the arrived 25th. My advice look elsewhere. Nice product shame about the service.

Although it should have been delivered last Wednesday I still do not have the amplifier. Apparently on its way now. ONE WEEK LATE. All attempts to contact Customer Service failed. Not pleased with the Company at all.

I ordered a guitar from this company and chose for it to be delivered on Wednesday 19th July 2023, I needed it for a performance on Monday 24th July 2023. It is now Tuesday 25th July 2023 and the guitar has still not arrived!!!!! Do not waste your time or money with this company!!

Still haven't received the product after a week. Bax say they have sent out but parcelforce say they haven't. Have been calling for over a week now will never use again.

I love being asked to write reviews for a product that hasn’t arrived yet and is now absolutely useless to me because I had to spend for hours and drive 75 miles to get one from a shop in order to be ready to play a festival. And no. It’s not down to ParcelForce, because it wasn’t given to them until two days after it was due to be delivered.

Absolutely furious. Still haven’t received my goods. They should have been with me last Wednesday. The “tracking” number does nothing. Bax don’t care.

The package never arrived from Parcel Force 24 on Wednesday 19th as expected. No feedback to my 4 emails to Bax Music. Unable to track the package also. In the meantime I get an invitation to write a review of my non purchase🙄

After over one week of waiting and one week after receiving a despatched email the tracking number indicates the logistics company has not yet received the product. No answer to multiple emails and phone not being answered.

It is now 4 days after the stated date of delivery and still not received. Advised delay is due to a backlog at couriers. No info regarding the delay was advised to me by Bax Music until I contacted them twice. Now an automated email asks me how I like my purchase and I can’t say as I don’t have it. Improvements to Bax Music computer system advising customers of delivery delays and delays in sending this type of automated email would be helpful.

Failed to deliver order or allow me to cancel order. Placed an order on a Wednesday for delivery on following Monday. They sent a tracking link which has been telling me "no tracks for your parcel yet". Rang Tuesday for an update (queue 15mins), again on Thursday (queue 13mins). Told I can't cancel my order and just to keep checking the tracking code. Now I'm in limbo - taken over £400 from my credit card and no product. Feels a little dodgy to me to be honest....off to call my credit card company.

Bax have emailed me to write a review even though my order still hasn't arrived and no one has answered the phone or answered my emails for two weeks.. So currently Bax have stolen £775 from me.

Non delivery after paying for a specific day. Promised delivery just didnt happen plus no replies from several emails to their 'customer services'. Terrible service it should be renamed. Asked Pay Pal to get my money back.

Terrible company to deal with. They never answer the phone. They never reply to emails. I lost 2 days of work waiting for a package that never arrived. They have a CEO who is not interested in helping. Communications do not take place. Had me thinking is this a scam. SHOP AT YOUR PERIL

It’s now 9 days after I placed the order and still no sign of it. Other companies can manage to get equipment out within a few days. Delivery within 3-5 days should mean just that. I was even asked to write a review before receiving the product!

After contacting after 6 emails and messages on Facebook no reply had to ring them because my order was late then to be told that the system was down for emails even though they were quick enough to send me comfermation of buying it waited over a week they send me a thank u and hope u like your product but it’s well over a week and still havnt received my item absolutely poor service would not recommend at all stay clear

I still have not received my order, it has been 8 days. The delivery info when I ordered was 2-3 days. Now, I have received an email asking how I found my order!!!

Totally disgusted with the way I have been messed about with my order, I have been waiting since the 3rd of July and still have not received my Innox WSA Studio Desk apparently there has been issues with courier and Bax Shop had to change to DPD no one bothered to tell me I had to phone up after waiting so long, no confirmation email has been sent up till now to confirm dispatch but did receive refund for delivery. This is the second order in a few weeks I had to phone up about my previous order, as they took my money and said the item was in stock but 4 days later I called up and the item was not even in stock! I was so frustrated, I ask for a refund. Bax Shop used DPD with no way of tracking my parcel, so how does that help me know when it will arrive or even plan to receive it, how are you going to change courier and not have any way of tracking the item that you are sending out to me, absolutely and totally unacceptable in the 21st century. Bax obviously are making so much money, they don't even care!
