I have returned the item. Bax Music has kept the item I paid for and communication stopped. They don't reply to email, contact section on their weyis down. Basically I was robbed of my money. Complete SCAM.

I wish I could leave a zero star review for this awful company. They don't meet their delivery standards, their customer service is terrible. I have a package missing that they wont refund or advise when delivery is due. They keep telling me it will arrive the next day, then the next, but despite the item still being in their hub they refuse to refund me and cancel the order as there is no way to stop the process once started. They cannot advise me when delivery will be and their customer service agents are liars.

I still haven't received my equipment 10 days after purchase when delivery should have been 4 days. No communication or update from the seller or courier. When I called, the lady that picked up was very unhelpful and useless. She could not provide any meaningful advice and also sounded like she wasn't concerned or bothered about my plight. Feels like a regret purchasing from Bax.

Very disappointed with the service provided, the customer service are slow to respond to emails and the delivery service provided (Parcelforce) failed to deliver my item 10 days late with no valid reasons for delayed delivery.

Bought a brand new Lewitt microphone which I discovered was faulty (excessive white noise hiss which wasn’t happening on an identical item I have). It’s gone over the 30 days so I accept I can’t have a refund but there are refusing to simply exchange it and are saying it will take 2 months to try and fix it! Only then, MIGHT I get a replacement if they can’t fix it! In the meantime, for 2 months, I have no microphone as a working musician. I’ve had no confirmation of receiving the item back, no response to emails of video clearly showing the fault, no reply to my email chasing it. Will not be purchasing any item from them again.

Worst online and phone experience ever! Ordered a bass amp in plenty of time for upcoming gigs. Only a kettle lead arrived. When I called the office the same day nothing got sorted. Said I needed the money back immediately so I could order from somewhere else that day, still waiting for my money nearly a week on. Offered me a discount which I could not get untill following week, and now ive finally received voucher code the amp is no longer available unless I can wait another 3 weeks. Whats most annoying is how unwilling the people at Bax where to rectify their failures. They could of at the very least held the amp for me so they didn't run out. Then holding onto my money so they can earn some interest off it is the final insult. Terrible business

As of yet I still haven’t received the order. After not hearing anything, and the Parcelforce app not recognising the Order number, I sent an email asking for clarification to Bax. I then followed this up with a call and was informed the lorry was stuck in customs. My email had not warranted a reply. They said they had No idea as to how long the lorry would be held for and then I receive notification of a failed delivery attempt from Parcelforce. I’m still waiting for their next attempt. Communication from Bax has been left wanting and I would be hard pressed to consider ordering with them again.

How am I supposed to review an item I do not possess?It is now Day 8 and I have still not recieved the item!! Maybe I am a little naive to consider that an item showing as "in stock" on a co.uk website could actually be "in stock" in the UK!! Apparently the item is being sent from the Netherlands.Disgusted with the poor service,and will not be using Bax again!

Taking the Mick Not only have, I had no confirmation of conversations, I was promised, after ringing three or four times instead I get how do we do email ,now I’ve got hope you’re enjoying your product, I haven’t even had my product had no help in where it is just we will ring Parcelforce, which I’m feeling now isn’t happening. it’s now a week later from when I ordered and still nothing. I needed this product last Tuesday as a present. It’s now way too late I think it’s disgusting, how I’m being handled left in the dark I’m starting to feel like I’ve been ripped off

I only received one of the two speaker stands that I ordered, and email correspondence has been slow and now stopped regarding my order. Sketchy!

Bought a Charvel guitar last week which I can't play at all cos I'm on a luthier's waiting list to get the guitar set up. The bone nut is so high the guitar feels like a double bass and you can't play it all. No Allen keys provided either. A shame

Just going to copy and paste from trust pilot review so they get the message. Product has yet to arrive. Happy to amend this comment if it ever does. Bax Music send a lot of automated emails under the guise of being helpful but it comes unstuck when they ask for a review for a product you have emailed them about having not arrived and they haven't even emailed back. Hopefully they take note of this, as yet though certainly would not recommend

Tuner is great but the packaging was awful! A huge box - A3 size for a matchbox sized item - with no soft packaging so the tuner banged around inside the big box throughout the journey. It's a wonder it works OK. And it is so wasteful of resources. Definitely prompts me to shop local in future. It is high time Bax Music wised up to the environmental necessities.

Am doing a return, was supposed to have been done on Wednesday 5th Jan, instead UPS turns up on Tuesday, and asking for customs paperwork, for a return, as BAX told them the wrong thing So I call them, reschedule for Friday, today I am sent an email saying this, and promised another one confirming this. That 2nd email never arrived I emailed them, no reply I called them, their phones don't work, they suggest emailing them! I want this pickup done, and my money refunded. Not being to even talk to them is beyond appalling --- I was supposed to get an email on the 9th confirming a pickup for the 10th of Jan. I have received no such email. The fact that I'm not even surprised should tell you all you need to know As of 11th of Jan it has still not been picked up I cannot begin to describe how angry I am BAX, as a company seem physically incapable of arranging a return. They are obviously not fit for purpose. I can't imagine ever using them again, for anything.

I ordered specifically from Bax Music as they give the illusion they are a British company (which it turns out, they are not, they are just masquerading as one), and the delivery of the item would be guaranteed 29th December. You pick the date, so there is no confusion. 29th came, and the item had not even been received by the Parcelforce. 30th came and it shows out for delivery - then returned to depot as the delivery address was incomplete. I looked on the invoice BAX sent me with the tracking information/delivery address and they have excluded half of the delivery address just putting a street and a postcode. In a street with hundreds of addresses! I contacted Bax music twice by email by this point, they did not reply at all. I called and was on hold for almost two hours and had to give up eventually. The weekend came and went, still no delivery and still no reply from Bax Music. Now, Tuesday 3rd, the item shows out for delivery again, and 15 minutes later was delivered, at the Parcelforce depot! Therefore it's clearly not been delivered to me at all. I have emailed BAX again, no reply. At this stage, I will be requesting a full refund from them, and I will update this review to see how long this takes and if I have to open a chargeback with my credit card company or not. Watch this space. First Update: After finally getting a response from BAX, they comically sent me a blurred obscure photo that looks like nothing as a claimed delivery photo. They stated they had no GPS for the item (unusual as PArcelforce all use GPS tracking that shows up on the tracking page) They then took a screengrab off Google Maps to claim it was delivered at the address and made statement 'certainly it was delivered '. I asked Bax for a copy of the postage label. They then stopped replying, so the issue continues. Will update again shortly.

Merchandise incomplete/damaged, slow customer service ignores request for replacement I purchased a Roland TD-27KV-E drum set from Bax Music on 7/10/22. The set was sold as "B-stock", which is merchandise in very good condition with signs of use, as is the case with returns/demonstration models. However, the Roland TD-27KV set looks like it has been used for a very long time (years). It shows heavy signs of use, including: - scratches on the underside of one pad - heavy wear on the bass drum module (the module no longer recognizes every hit; the hitting surface needs to be replaced) - large (water?) stain on the snare, the electronic snare seems to have gotten wet - missing wing screw for mounting the module: the module cannot be installed tightly - unpleasant smell (especially the cymbals): The set smells like it was used in a smoking environment These defects were not visible in the photos shown in the web store (the photos were of low quality). In short: I paid a price for B-goods, but did not receive B-goods, but intensively (and presumably long) used goods with heavy signs of use. The condition does not correspond to the price paid. Accordingly, I emailed customer service asking them to replace the damaged/incomplete parts (bass module, scratched pad, snare head, wing screw, odorless cymbal/hi-hat) or adjust the price to reflect the condition. After five days of waiting (a previous request had taken two weeks to process), "customer service" responded. However, instead of responding to my request and providing a replacement for the missing/damaged components or at least a price reduction, they just replied curtly that I should send the drum set back - without providing me with a return form. So now I am supposed to pay for Bax Music to deliver goods that do not match the condition stated on their website. Since it is a 40 kilogram drum set, it has to be shipped as bulky goods/freight, which costs me another vacation day, since DHL picks up such large pieces in a time window of several hours. And this is only because Bax Music refuses to exchange the missing/damaged components for working/undamaged ones. I should have listened to all the bad reviews. Never again, absolute warning to anyone considering buying here! Update: On Nov. 23rd a Bax employee named Jamie offered a partial refund of 100 €. Still waiting for a refund/reply. They completely ignore my messages.

We all knew about the Postal Strikes so to advertise delivery before Xmas on their website was willfully and knowingly untrue as it is now the 29th and the Parcelforce tracking hasn't moved since 21st Dec. Why did they use Parcelforce!!! It's just incredibly disappointing that BAX choice to use provide fantastical and fictitious delivery dates to illicit additional pre-Xmas Sales particularly as I could have ordered the item from other suppliers who were guaranteeing pre-Xmas delivery with non-Royal Mail Couriers which I'd assumed BAX was using and yes BAX certainly made an "ass" out of me. I will never use this company again due to their ineptitude and misleading advertising. Furthermore I emailed them about this and they completely ignored me, hence this review.

You have requested we review our product today, it’s still at the postal depot been there since 15th Dec now the 20th Dec, 5 days, no update given, no way of contacting the delivery company by telephone , as there is not an option to speak to a person, and we paid for this delivery service
