Was promised delivery on the Friday and when I checked with the courier company they had not been given the package until the Monday, today is the Wednesday and I still don’t have the package. Terrible service

Avoid using BAX Music. Although their prices might sometimes be lower than other online retailers, on all three occasions that I have purchased a guitar pedal from BAX, the guitar pedals were not packaged properly and there was damage to my purchases. After my second purchase, I raised a complaint with them, and they offered me a voucher. It was impossible to get the voucher to work properly, and I had to contact them over the telephone, which did not resolve the issue either. Ironically, after purchasing the third and final item from BAX Music, they once again did not package the guitar pedal properly, and shipped it out in an oversized box. It is not worth the headache and risk of damage to your newly purchased items to continue to buy from BAX Music. Unusually, BAX always seem very keen for you to submit a review immediately after you purchase an item, and before you have even received it. Since BAX is so keen on knowing what we think, I’ll say it honestly for you: BAX Music stinks and should be avoided.

I ordered an expensive item on 2 July. More than a week later, and I have no idea where it is. Bax have sent me no information about shipping whatsoever, I am completely in the dark. I called customer services, and was told the item was with DPD and that I would be sent a tracking number immediately after the phone call, but two days later I am still waiting. I will not be buying anything from this company again.

Asking me to review an item I have not received yet, so cannot comment. this was supposed to be a Birthday gift (Saturday 8th July) but that will not happen, order placed 28 June 2023, 10 days later, no package, you advertise speedy fast delivery (what happened on this occasion?), Parcel force not much better (package registered but did not arrive at delivery hub) then package status saying item was on delivery truck to be delivered 7th July, did not arrive, Package status on the 8th, item back in sorting department to be delivered Monday 10th July. This is not the way I would like to deal, so no recommendations from me in the future. Regards Barry.

I can't believe you're asking me to review an order placed with you a week or more ago, sent out by Parcelfarce Express 24, and which still hasn't arrived. I have received a refund on the postage, but all in all, your customer service is dreadful. Needless to say, I won't be buying off you again or any other online company that uses Parcelfarce.

Paid extra to get the delivery on a weekend and it arrived 2 days late. I have ordered 2 items with Bax and both orders were late. Can't get hold of anyone by telephone. I eventually got a reply by email many days later. I won't be using this company again. Terrible customer service

What a shame, Item dispached, sent via Parcelforce a complete no show! tried tracking each day last week , it said out for delivery, returned to depot, 3 times, Waited in each day, nothing. Still waiting!

Please avoid this company. I paid for fast delivery, it came late. I purchased a cajon which arrived incomplete (a missing snare). Bax music have been very slow and unresponsive in sorting this. I am now at the stage where I have filed a formal complaint with them. They have my missing snare component available in stock on their website and have told me twice that they will generate an order to send it to my home address.  Still no snare component has arrived. I still don't even have a confirmation email that they have sent one. The order was placed 17 days ago. Disgraceful.

My son had this guitar for two days and a string has snapped already, he’s an older child so it wasn’t as if he’s messed with, he is learning to play the guitar and was upset when this happened

Ordered some kit for a gig with next day delivery. Arrived a week late, missing the gig... Customer service non existent, tried emailing them several times to find out where the kit was with no answer.

Ordered Monday 15th, two Konig & Meyer 23855 table flanges; (Order: 10866063) showing in-stock, and promised delivery by Thursday 18th. Apart from receiving the automated emails, no tracking number was provided, so no way of understanding the method of shipping or actually tracking the shipping. - and not in spam Was required for a studio build Friday 19th. By Friday 19th @8pm and nothing has arrived - not happy. Wrote to the customer-support email address on Friday evening - now Tuesday, and no response received from customer support. However I did get (another automated) email, thanking me for choosing to make the purchase on their web store, and asking me to review it in these three places - so here it is!

I ordered a guitar which should have been delivered 3 days ago. There is no tracking information with Parcelforce and no one is picking up the phone in customer services. Anyone I did speak to has not come back to me. I would not recommend this company.

Doubt they will publish this, but here goes, Ordered on April 30th Email received saying dispatched May 1 Today is May 7, no package has arrived, but they have asked me to review the product, that hasnt arrived, so here is my review AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, WHEN I PHONED TO SEE WHERE MY ITEM WAS, I GOT TOLD THEY DONT KNOW AND SHOULD BE WITH ME ON WED MAY 3, OR THURSDAY MAY 4 BUT AT LATEST BY FRI MAY 5TH NOPE NOTHING TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE, STILL WAITING NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE
