Asking for a review of a product that i still don't have despite being in stock and ordered over a week ago. No despatch email or tracking reference until i chased up via phone. Said Id have the product on a few days - still nothing and not even despatched yet according to the now provided ups reference.

The item I ordered was showing as in stock both before I placed the order and also upon completion of the order. When I received the package (shipping was not particularly quick) the only thing I received was a Euro to UK power adapter. I was advised, upon calling, that the item was on back order and the agent said he didn’t know when they would receive it, the suggestion being that I wait indefinitely. As this was not acceptable he was happy to cancel my order. He advised refund would take 7 days which I have now received. Refund I received however did not include the shipping I had paid even though I didn’t receive the item. Terrible experience all round and a total waste of time to be honest. Just to put this level of service into context, that afternoon I ordered the same item from another vendor and without any fuss or delay it arrived the following day. There are plenty of vendors selling all the same gear online so no big loss but I definitely wouldn’t use these guys again.

Every time I order from this company from Folkestone the order arrives late.I’m still waiting for my keyboard I ordered 7 days ago, The same happened with other orders I have placed in the past.I don’t recommend BAX music and won’t be using again in the future.

The service provided by BAX music is dreadful. Deliveries are late, no tracking information and customer service staff are useless with no ability to provide answers. I would never buy from this source again and would suggest no one else does.

The service from BAX was fine, but the quality of the guitar I bought is poor. Not very playable, the bridge unstable, nut far too high, and it doesn't stay in tune properly.

I ordered an item which clearly stated it was in stock online. I received confirmation of the order, and another email confirming payment received. On the day of the delivery (for which I had paid £5.95) I received an email saying that stock was not available and it would be 7 weeks approximately till they would have stock. I called them up and was told that they were waiting for stock from the supplier but they had delayed it so there was no stock. Whilst that isn’t Bax’s mistake, why falsely claim you have stock on both the website and in an email, and why take money from a customer when you are still waiting on stock? Surely, any reasonable business would charge the customer once the stock was ready to be despatched. Furthermore, why notify me of no stock on the day delivery was due?! Surely they knew there was no stock coming the day before delivery was due? I now have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. Had I known Bax were this incompetent, I would have ordered from Amazon or Gear4music… so much for supporting small businesses!

Paid for delivery Tuesday. It’s Saturday and still haven’t received anything. It is essential for my work. Never buying from Bax again.

Paid £5.95 for postage and still haven't recieved my harmonica after 2 weeks.....no reply from Bax music when I emailed them.

This is a complaint. I contacted Bax Music 3 times after placing my order requesting details of an additional 95p charged at checkout, and have heard nothing. Delivery was promised for Friday 21st July but it arrived the following Tuesday 25th. No information was available from their courier.

Product hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks and customer service are not responding to my emails. I’ve had to purchase another stand from a different retailer in order to perform. Absolutely terrible service. I will be asking for a refund as soon as I can actually get in touch with anyone there!

Next day delivery turned up over a week later, by which time I ordered from somewhere else. I tried to cancel the order, but customer services ignored both emails. Now I have to return this damn box, but trying to fill out the returns form on the web is impossible. They use different terms on the paperwork vs what they request on the form, you eventually work out the numbers, but they don't accept the form anyway. Waste of time, money, and a ton of agro.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!!!! They sold a faulty mic which caused a fuzzy sound, I sent it back for a refund which they said was supposed to take 8 days. 8 days later, No money received, I had to call them to ask for the refund. Customer Service had no idea what i was talking about. Later in the day, I got an email refusing to send a refund and they held my item for ransom, asking for additional money. Illegal Practice. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered an Audio Source expression pedal from BAX on Friday 14 July, with a target date for delivery of Thursday 20 July. On Monday 17 July I received separate notifications from both BAX and ParcelFrorce (courier) that the product was in the ParcelForce system – ‘Advised’. When on the 20th I saw on the ParcelForce page that the product was still ‘Advised’, I phoned BAX about my concerns. Their agent told me that the product was in Kent, would get to me and that they would consider compensation if it was late. I was so taken aback by the blasé attitude of the BAX agent that I decided to conduct further communication via email. Apart from Sunday 23 July, I have emailed BAX at least once a day – and sometimes twice - enquiring about the whereabouts of the product and when it would be delivered. I have received no response whatsoever from BAX. The ParcelForce page still says ‘Advised’ – see attachment. Before beginning this dispute, I tried to phone BAX but the phone just rang out. I am beside myself with frustration at not having any response from BAX and not knowing when, if ever, I will get the product. I have raised a dispute with PayPal which I will escalate later today. I am also going to file formal complaints with Trading Standards and Companies House.
