On the 27th of February I ordered a Fender Player B stock Telecaster, having in the past purchased two other B stock guitars I was fairly confident that this transaction would have the same happy outcome. The package duly arrived on the 29th and upon opening it I can honestly say it is the worst packed guitar I have ever received. It had been wrapped in one layer of the small bubble wrap and thrown in a single Bax box with a bit of other big plastic bubble wrap which appeared to be doing nothing as the guitar was rattling about in the box. Opening the box and unwrapping the guitar I was surprised to see it was still in one piece. How ever upon inspection the following became apparent. 1: It was filthy dirty with white dried spots all over the body which took a while to clean off, it was also very dusty and dirty. 2: It had sustained a knock to the back corner of the upper body which has cracked the paint and forced bubble wrap in the cracks. 3: The guitar neck has a really bad case of fret sprout all the fret ends are sticking out of the neck and need sorting out before it is comfortably playable. 4: The bridge pick up works intermittently and will just cut out while using it. I understand that it was a B stock guitar and I can live with the odd scratch I could even sort the crack out and the fret sprout but to find that the bridge pick up is not functioning correctly is a bit much. Having emailed them on the 30th and have still not heard back, I went ahead and sorted it myself. The wiring looked like a short sighted baboon had soldered it. I re wired the pots which seems to have sorted the pick up out. I fixed the crack and refinished it and dressed the frets and cleaned and polished them. I really should not have had to have done this but I have time on my hands and I really did not fancy packing it up and shipping it back to them. All in all very disappointing customer service.

Item turned up slightly damaged, nothing I can't live with. But lockable cab with no key !!!!!!! Not happy

Apoorling item showed up that clearly wasn't quality controlled, reported it to find that only the shipping cost could be offered as reimbursement.. Poor show

Guitar eventually arrived after a great deal of confusion, however it was damaged and I have to return it. I wish I’d bought elsewhere now.

your website makes it very hard to make a complaint or write a message....it seems to be link after link after link to then throw you back to the home page...very confusing and took me a while to get to this point..... i have purchased a download from you but the link seems to be an expired 404 page? can you please rectify this asap. .thanks Dylan

I know that there is a problem with suppliers which delayed delivery but when the product arrived one of the edges of unit is scratched.

Ordered on a Black Friday deal, paid for Parcelforce delivery and selected a delivery date of Tuesday. It's now Friday and still no tracking information. They don't respond to your emails and you wait an eternity on the phone for someone to assist who just tells you it's not their problem. Bottom line, they don't ship from the UK, they ship from the Netherlands, but this isn't obvious from their website. I recommend using other suppliers in the UK as Bax won't care less about you when their promises turn to dust.

I paid £25 for express next day delivery and ordered in time before the cut-off 3pm. It didn't arrive the next day but 3 days later and they will not refund the express delivery charge, despite many attempts to contact them. Could have ended up buying for same price in the UK after all without the hassle. Appalling customer service

I leave this review after trying to call but not getting through to anyone and then sending 3 emails to which I have had no update or resolution to the Issues below. Firstly it was 2 days late in being delivered and then left in my back garden as I was out. This is Despite my having a secondary neighbours address available that they could leave it with. The outer box was also open!! Luckily it did not rain. This admittedly lays with the courier but builds on the issues. Secondly when I unpacked the guitar one of the strings (the A) was broken on the guitar, which I tried to report to Bax but got no answer from calling. I then took this to a guitar tech to restring he has found that the bridge is not set right and needs adjusting, so absolutely no QA done on this. The new strings and bridge adjustment are costing me a further £40 on top of the price I paid for the guitar and also a further week now until I can get it back completed. which does not leave me feeling that happy with the service or response to my issues.

I have not received my Parcel until now poor customer services. Please contact the courier send my parcel as soon as possible it say in tracking platform the parcel will be arrived within 48 hours however it has been over 48 hours no arrive at all i am really upset

Hard to know how to rate Bax. To be fair to them, I did receive my order, and the product has been fine. However if you do need to get in contact with them, good luck. I believed there was a problem with the item I received (I thought there was a cable missing, turns out it was hidden in the outer packaging). So I went on Bax Musics website to get in contact with them. First port of call was an email - which I have never received a response to. I then rang them a few times. Upon calling you will be greeted by an annoying automated message, and asked what you are calling about. It will then tell you they will call you back, and hang up on you (there is no option to hold the line and wait). I have not received a call back yet from any of my calls. In summary, I have ended up OK, and my new speakers/sub are working fine. However if do you have ANY issue with your order, you will find it impossible to get in touch with Bax Music. Their customer service is useless. I suggest you try it now, I guarantee you won't get through.

Ordered a set of fender 70s tuners,they came on time although expensive, unfortunately the guide holes in machine heads are much to small and anything larger than gauge 9s won't fit without drilling tuner! Also they are smaller in size overall! Not bax,s fault but fender! Buyer beware.

Good price, poor tracking and communication. Ordered 2 speakers & they arrived 3 days apart. Tracking info all over the place & Bax slow to respond to emails. Not a great experience. Would think twice about using them again.

Hermes delayed the delivery and in the end, the guitar was scratched. Only a cheap guitar, but still poor service overall.

My order was placed 9 days ago and was supposed to arrive last Friday. It is now Thursday of the following week, and only one of the two items has arrived, that came on Tuesday. I don't understand why they both weren't sent out in the same box. If one wasn't in stock I should have been informed so. I've had no word to say when the second item is arriving.

It is frustrating to have my urgent requests for support from BAX not responded to and instead I am sent an automatic email inviting me to share my experience. I have boght from this company before with satisafaction but this time has left me with delivery delays which I can understand but with a product not matching the description. I ordered the excellent Samson Express battery powered PA and all the YouTube videos I checked before purchasing show a line out jack socket wheras the one I received has a USB charger port instead! The line out facility was essential as this is a small loudspeaker and I planned on linking two together! I have since ben trying to get a response from Samson support without success!
