Yamaha psre463 has uneven gaps between keys.return process is impossible i have no printer.so am stuck with badly made keyboard.

My order was made before 11pm on the day with a promise that it would be delivered by weds the 28 April Hadn’t arrived by the 30th so I called Bax explaining the situation They were very apologetic but I said if they can’t keep the promise of delivery by the courier( that they blamed for the delay) then they shouldn’t say it on the website! I was very annoyed that it didn’t arrive when they said it should! They did proceed to give me £10 off next purchase but when I tried to use it it didn’t work! Very dissatisfied customer!! Piece of kit I bought is great though

Shocking Handling and packaging. Damage to manufacturers box on two corners (dropped twice ?) Outer box three times the tascam box size and limited bubble wrap only half filled. contents obviously allowed to slide around during handling. NO `fragile` or Handle with care` stickers. Very disappointing and whilst I kept - and are now using the unit I non the less keep my `fingers crossed` all the time so I am unlikely to order again.

This was my first order with Bax Music. Delivery was prompt and the item was as described. Unfortunately my second order isn't going as well as the item is on a long delivery, which I was not advised about at the time of order, and I have been charged for the item even though I will not receive it for weeks.

The product was exactly what was ordered, and was delivered in excellent time, well packed and in new condition. Therefore no issues with Bax Music. However, the kit itself isn’t the best. My main critique is the guitar body, its finish and the material from which it is made - not being dissimilar to Balsa Wood - very light and soft. The neck is sturdy enough and just requires finishing and a fret dress, the metal work also appears substantial enough although I will not be able to get the kit finished for another month or so, therefore unable to comment on the pickups and switchgear. However the body has been poorly machined and where the edges of the veneer top meet the black edge binding, there are small pitted areas where the routing tool used to cut the body has obviously been blunt. Whilst I acknowledge that £72.95 (including postage) isn’t a lot for an electric guitar I would recommend any would-be builders to save a bit more money and buy a cheap ready built squire guitar and perhaps modify that, to the individuals requirements. Guitars kits such as this, to arrive at a reasonable standard for playing need further work and I would say are not for a novice builder. Hope this is helpful Bill F.

Amazing website, brilliant price but abysmal customer service. After 4 working days the guitar had not arrived so I sent an email. With no response I phoned customer service to be told it was stuck at the port. I asked if you knew that why didn't you let me know? 2 days later still no guitar. A further 2 days later with no response I phoned again to be told I could not speak to a manager but they would contact them on my behalf. The following day the guitar arrived. I then received a response to the second email saying your guitar has now arrived. I responded with thank you but it is not addressing your poor customer service but no response. Still no communication from a manager. This company has so much to offer in a competitive market but they are letting them selves in simple areas. I.e put on your Web site that some products come from the Netherlands and may be delayed at the port and don't promise 3 working day delivery. I do not like making these kind of emails and I feel I have given bax music every opportunity to make it right.

Agree that it is misleadingly advertising UK based, my guitar came from Holland, and was delivered on the wrong day. Also state of the guitar was really dusty, and looked like it had been on display. Not really impressed after paying nearly £1400. Contacted customer service and had no response

I ordered a pair of headphones on 08/01/21. The Bax website advised of a delivery date of 13/01 and I received a dispatch notification on Monday 11/01 advising a delivery date of 14/01 (not a good start but not the end of the world). The concerning thing was that it was coming from the Netherlands, I immediately thought Brexit and went look for reviews to see if anybody has been charged duty. There were no hidden charges but it appeared that nobody was happy (apart from a few far fetched 5 star reviews). I received my order (22/01), it was intact and exactly what I ordered at a great price. My biggest issue is / was that they seem to be intentionally deceiving people. I see the responses to negative reviews referring to Brexit and border delays, but there is no information about this on the site, they act as if they are really going to honor the estimated delivery time. The obvious deception is that your parcel is not coming from Kent. I would use them again for cheap items like headphone pads or leads but for anything more expensive it is not worth the worry.

Ordered two guitar hangers on the 5th of January and got the following reply: “ Your product is in stock and we will send your order as quickly as possible.” What I was then advised was that my purchase is arriving from Netherlands; Netherlands, didn’t say it was in stock in the Netherlands. UPS then sent a message to say it was coming on Friday the 8th of January, then another to say it was coming on Monday the 11th of January, then another on Tuesday the 12th of January and another to say Friday the 15th of January. I’ve had no more updates and, more to the point, no delivery. I’ve been asked to write a review so here we are. I’ve had a response from BAX as I suggested they change their courier and they say my comments have been passed on to their transport department. Perhaps COVID is holding it up, maybe Brexit or possibly the U.S. Presidential elections?? Do yourselves a favour, try to get your purchases from anywhere other than BAX; it will probably save you a lot of trouble.

… The mat is good quality but the method of transportation to the customer is where the problem is. When it arrived it was in a bag I assume wrapped like that from the manufacturer, Bax Music then folded the mat in half and put it in a box that was used to transport it. When I unpacked the mat it had creases all down the length. I contacted Bax and found the customer service helpful, however the solution was to return it and they could not guarantee when I would get a replacement or if the packing would cause the same issue with the replacement. Because the mat has a rubber backing the creases have still not come out. I would not recommend buying this product. One other comment is the service manager only offered £10 compensation if I kept the mat, this I thought was an insult. I would advise caution using this company as the management do not care.

Received the Focusrite 8i6 audio interface but it was not the new item I had ordered. It had quite obviously been previously opened and very possibly used. If I had wanted second hand or B-stock, I would have bought on eBay and paid a lot less. I reported this to Bax but was told that all they could offer was for me to return for an exchange or refund. I would have hoped that this dismal level of quality control may have been compensated in some way but apparently that isn't company policy.

Bought an expensive synth for a good price from Bax. Their comms was very good but the haulage company were not great at all. The box the synth came in was badly damaged. I was amazed that the synth didn't have a mark on it or any damage. I feel lucky that it works. The box cant be used if I want to resell the synth. Bax, you need to review your haulage/delivery! Not good enough, and despite the great price, I wont be buying from you again. Sorry, its too risky!

Booked delivery for Monday as site is able to receive packages, unfortunately still waiting and its now Thursday. Hermes are so bad perhaps you should use someone else.

Really want to like this company as their prices are really competitive. They didn't meet their 2 day promise and I had to ring up twice to understand exactly what was going on with my order. I ordered on the 31st Oct - Received 9th Oct. Both the two lads taking the calls on customer service were great and updated my order details as well as speaking to despatch to organise delivery. Seemed to me the issues are related to a chaotic and not very well managed logistics operation. The two stars are for the two lads who looked into my order but not sure if I would order from them again and I rated the optional stars for customer service as 5.

Rather disappointed when box arrived. The item was in a huge box for a harmonica and everything was scattered in the box. The harmonica was not in its case and had been knocking around inside in transit. It looks ok on the outside But not sure of any damage done.

Exactly the same problem. I ordered a guitar and wanted to cancel the next day. Wrote several emails but no reply. No one attends to calls. The website said refuse the delivery. Hermes brought the delivery and I refused. Yet Hermes sent me an automated message that my delivery was successful. Wrote back to Bax about my refund but its been more than a month no reply. Horrible service. Definitely not worth spending my money.
