“Paid for goods on Sunday 1st October 2017 at the Hounslow Branch after getting a price check at the till by an experienced member of staff . Went back around 14:00 hours on Monday 2nd Oct 2017 to return 4 cartons of oil based roll-ons for a refund , thinking it was no problem . The guy at the till opens the boxes and said no seals on them and then open the bottles to check . We explained that there were no seals to start with , and he looked at the receipt . he then went away with the receipt and i had left by then but my wife remained thinking she would get the money back in a few mins ( £ 8.00 ) . He then turned up with a woman member of staff and instead of refunding the money , they now began to demand that we return the stuff that we paid for on Sunday or pay extra for it . When my wife objected , he then said you were on CCTV to which my wife said that we had done no wrong and had paid for the goods that the price showed but they were having none of it . So , she telephoned me because she began to experience intimidation by the staff and she had palpitations . When i got there the staff were demanding we bring the goods back or pay extra for them stating that the staff that served us on Sunday was a trainee . Well , she did not have a trainee name badge and know the price of the goods . I told them that they were breaking the trade description laws because the incorrect price on the system was their fault and they had no right to demand money but honor the price paid . Meanwhile , staff would go away and come back have a look at the wife thinking that they would intimidate her into paying up . Then the Somalian security guy joined in and gave the same crap . By then i was livid and staff asking me to quiet because now other customers were looking at the show as well as people in the shopping center , and my wife led me out but they kept the receipt presumably to destroy the evidence . But we paid by card and have proof of purchase even though they threatened us and we will never ever go back to such a disgusting , conniving , deceitful business again -avoid like the plague !!!! I have also reported their actions to the local trading standards office , as soon as i got home .”

“I ordered Travalo scent bottles, at a great price. Love them! They came very quickly and are the genuine product. You can get cheap makes elsewhere but I wouldnt bother. I bought some for a friend as a present and they said they were great so treated myself. Mine come in a lovely pink leather case and with two bottles, 1 silver and 1 pink. They are very easy to fill. Would highly recommend, especially if flying abroad and you want to take your favorite scent with you but cant because of the restrictions of 100ml bottles, and don't want to risk them breaking. I carry mine around in my handbag now so not just for travel.”
