“I knew what I was ordering as I ordered here in the past except for the lip balm, I received one as a present the first time I ordered and I loved it so I wanted to order it but I mistakenly purchased a sunscreen lip balm. Anyway, at least it arrived quick”

“i ordered for a gift set online, I was worried as I did not receive an order confirmation for a few days but this was rectified when i called their office. there were little problems with the delivery but they dealt with it promptly. My order came with a few free gifts - a 1ml tester and a lip balm. I thought this was really nice”

“Happy with the delivery times scale, wrapping and prices the only thing I would say is that the message I had put on the order was spelt wrong!! And scribbled like a young child had written it. If a company is going to add messages at least get it right and type this message instead of using pen looks more professional but suppose what do you expect when its fee”

“Orders are placed well. But if you have issues with returns or refunds it's quite a stretch you have to email them response time is slow. You then have to ring them and they state they will refund you after the call is finished and for some reason they forget and then they email next day that are you sure you want to cancel. Personally I do not Want all this messing about. I will not be buying anything in the coming future.”
