“Very poor customer service. The doesn't know how to serve customers nicely, cashier ladies are very rude. I'm regular customer in Stratford Westfield branch, but do not recommend to go there for anyone. At least they has to learn how to say hello for customer.”

“Firstly the reviews on this site seem fake Worst Online Experience Ever Beauty Base website order process is just as bad as the store security following you around an empty store They really push for you to accept Klarna as a method of payment and not use a credit card. Klarna a buy now pay later so they will do a credit check Almost impossible for you to avoid this process The perfumes are actually more expensive; better of going to fragrance direct to be honest Avoid this at all costs”

“I made a purchase with Beauty Base. The total of my purchase after application of 2 Vouchers was £23. The two vouchers were for Free delivery and £5 off. At checkout the vouchers were applied. At point of payment I did not notice that they had disappeared and paid the full amount £32something. I contacted Beauty Base to ask for a refund. I received no response.”

“I have made orders and I don’t get my loyalty points and the customer service said I did not Opt in to the loyalty points scheme abs said I have to Click a button to click the points I have looked on my account there is no way you can opt in for the points customer service needs better training”

“You say I got my order, I did not. If I was not in my house the post office worker will leave a collection cert for me to bring down the collection hub which I did not receive. I tried tracking it using my tracking code and I have to put in my post code and that does not work to see what is the status on it. Where is my order??? I want a response asap.”

“I was sent the wrong item in my order and when I contacted Beauty Base they wanted me to package it up and post it back to them to receive my actual item that they incorrectly sent. Having just had a baby and unable to find a printer to print out the label I have just decided it's not worth the hassle. Won't use this company again.”
