I ordered around £115 of things and during check out it stated I would receive it within 3-5 days On 5th day I e mailed Beauty Base to and requested as to what has happened to my order. I have not yet received a my order or a reply

They sent me the wrong item, and there is no phone number to contact them to rectify the mistake.

I am yet to receive my products. I spent over £100 and this is the second week my order has not been delivered( I got a 'we missed you card' I arranged for a redelivery, stayed home, nothing, it's still logged as attempted delivery, I have ordered a redelivery a second time and still waiting). the fault lies with royalmail i guess but i am unhappy customer.

Absolutely vile the way i was spoken to by the manager in Ealing Broadway & the head office of this horrible company. I shopped in Beauty Base for the FIRST time & had purchased a expensive bottle of fragrance it turned out to a faulty product. They blamed me for tempering with it & made me feel so low & told me they would lose the money if they send it back to the supplier! I was so shocked by that comment. They never acknowledged my questions or worries all they cared was about losing out on money but what about me as a customer wasn't i losing out too on the money i actually spent on this item?! They disgust me as a company & i will never ever shop there again or in any Beauty Base stores again they do not treat customer's with respect. I hate this company so much i am not a satisfied customer & they never even acknowledged my needs at the end of the day. I never wanted the money back just something for them to sort out about this faulty product so i can actually START using. So disappointed in this awful company!!!

Item I have recieved will expire in few months time , and was manufacture 2 years ago - dont want to use it really specially it need to be applied on face not happy with it

Really disappointed!! Ordered item Sunday evening, didnt get sent out for delivery until Tuesday, I thought I was going to receive it Tuesday, but didn’t receive product until Friday, meanwhile that meant I counsels give this as a present knowing I had initially brought this for gift, totally ruined a birthday due to the misleading information, beauty base informing me themat my delivery would be on Tuesday, so therefore I won’t be ordering or using this shop again!

am extremely disappointed with my Joop purchase because it's not the original Joop no wonder it was so cheap. am sorry but l won't be making anymore purchases online with beauty base. l will go to the actual shops if needs be

I thought I ordered 100 ml bottle. Website even showed 100 ml. Then it changed to 50 ml and without checking I got charged for it.
