“I have previously bought LA Color (Brown Sugar) lipstick at Beauty Base but as you did not have it in store I ordered 4 online. The lipsticks that arrived were totally different in colour to the one that I already have despite both being the same make and showing the same colour label. I have written to Beauty Base and have sent pictures of both lipsticks. I am waiting for a response.”

“The delivery was a joke. Ordered a perfume on 29th match it is currently 9th of April with no sign Of the delivery. When tracking it says it has been ready for delivery since 5th April!”

“I purchased my order and payed extra to get it next day delivery it was supposed to come Wednesday I waited all day for it when I phoned them at 5.30pm the customer service advisor could not tell me where my package was and that I would have to wait till the next day I asked them to refund my delivery charge and they said they could not do this that it was not there fault it obviously was there fault for not sending it out on time I did not get anywhere so hung up and took out a dispute with them through PayPal would not shop here again”

“I have not received my perfume. I have rung a couple if times but not impressed with the service. I was told that my item had been delivered and signed for on 22nd Dec by a neighbour and it was delivered by Royal Mail. Well I don't believe that as Royal Mail will only accept a signed signature from the address and as there is now else at my address a card would have been left for me to go and collect the item from the sorting office. Please can you let me know what you are doing about this? I would either like a refund or my purchase resent. Thanks Carolyn Williams”

“If I could give zero or minus I would! I paid for and ordered an item for Xmas delivery it never arrived, I queried and was told it’s been signed for! I never signed for this and there is no name next to the signature to say who did. Customer service is inept and I would neither use again or recommend. Total disappointment.”

“I payed for next day delivery as it was a gift for my mother the next day and it didn’t come until the day after that! I’m not very happy at all as my dad passed away several years ago and it’s my mothers favourite perfume of my dad! I have emailed for a full refund! I’m waiting for the reply”
