“Beauty base have no reputation in the Market I got to know and the owners I heard they are very bad with their staff and got to know from many sources. Bad timing for delivery and also online website is very hard to use.”

“Receoved two perfumes in the post with cracks on the bottle this hasnt happend before so i am really dissapointed. But i am mostly dissapointed that customer service didnt take me seriously, and said that this is not possible. Both perfumes have gone to waste and i didnt get a refund. Bad customer service.”

“If you want prompt delivery, don't order from Beauty Base. They were happy to charge £3.95 for delivery but unwilling to chase Royal Mail when my item failed to arrive. They promised to look into this further but I never got a reply back from them. I've also reported Beauty Base to Amazon as I used Amazon Pay for my order.”

“Although the items arrived on time and i am pleased with purchase. you then bombarded me with discount offers and a code which could was not be accepted at checkout.not much point in that give you a miss in future, George Dyer”

“I was sent a completely different item to the one I ordered. I had to send the item back and I have still not been informed if I will be sent the correct item, or if I will receive a refund. I would not use this company again.”

“Absolutely rubbish service, I paid an extra 10 pounds for next day delivery. I ordered some birthday presents which were delivered late. When I complained beauty base blamed it on the courier service. Regardless, absolutely unacceptable response and incompetent service. Will never buy anything from here.”

“Never received delivery dpd signed my name when I wasn’t even home sent pictures of all shopping receipts to them they have to investigate it!!! Wouldn of minded but 2 of the items was for my girls birthday which is on Wednesday”

“👎I would give them zero rating as not received goods, no feed back apart from a despatch date which was 28th and still waiting. Similar situation/experience as other. Going to have some upset nephews ‘‘tis Christmas ☹️”
