“The staff was shit and very very rude specially the supervisor I have spend £300 to the Hounslow store but they wanted me to return of my perfumes is that what they suppose to do there ?? I will never ever go again in that store .. I will go to perfume shop now thanks”

“You do not except overseas cards, you only told me the card was not excepted after i went through the process of ordering. It was a waste of my time. I also tried to use my uk card but you declined that also. So i ordered from else where. I will not visit your site again”

“The product description did not specify the shade of brown. When I received the eyebrow pencil it was a very greyish shade of brown which looked horrendous on darker skin shades. Very disappointed. Should offer a wider range of shades and BE SPECIFIC! There's many shades of brown! Some are warmer and some are colder.”

“Absolutely hated it. Get smear marks even from smoothing gently, beauty blender does nothing either. The colour is so much darker for the first shade want a refund tbh”

“It is an utter disgrace that this company will not deliver to certain postcodes. "We are sorry but we do not have a courier who delivers to your COUNTRY". We may be in Scotland but we are part of the United Kingdom.”

“Upon receiving my items, I was extremely disappointed. The products seem to be fake and do not appear to be genuine. The writing on one of the bottles is written backwards. On another bottle the top is twisted and the writing is dull and discoloured. Every item smells like a cheap, watered down version of the real thing. I've used these products before and fully aware of how they should look and smell. This is a scam, I will be contacting the authorities and seeking to have the matter fully investigated. I will also be pursuing a full refund from Beauty Base. Moreover, this is the first and will be the last time I will ever use this company. Disgraceful!”
