The web page for ordering products is a total disaster. If it had not been for the help over the telephone of your ladies and the fact that I had used your products before I would not have bothered/persevered

Initially some confusion as gift vouchers don't work in the usual way. Then your computer systems had problems I couldn't get an order confirmation or sort out my password to get into my account. Now that the order has finally arrived one of the items is wrong, I've been given a cheaper alternative and have yet to hear back from beauty base to resolve the situation. Terrible service.

it's a fake perfume! I paid £23.95 for Fake Jimmy choo perfume. The package is very cheap looking and its in a plastic bottle nothing like original! Have tried to ring and contact but no reply or call back. Not just a fake perfume but worst customer service. Would never purchase anything again from this website and will be telling everyone about the fake perfume site conning people!

As per conversation with you this morning we will be sending you a pre-paid label for to return your product, upon receipt you will be refunded. As discussed that we are fully Authorised Stockist of Jimmy Choo and as such our supply is 100% authentic. We are not open over the weekend and that is why you were not replied back to earlier and rest assured that your returned product will be sent to the UK supplier for inspection and as agreed we will revert back their findings to you.

We have placed an order on 22nd May and received the delivery on 18th june. As the products were delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail which I can understand is not your mistake but I had to wait all these days to even get a refund which is an appalling service I have ever experienced. I had to ring head office and speak to Anam every couple of days or weeks to remind them about my products and more than half of the time I wasn't emailed when I was told that they will email me on the updates of where abouts of my products. Either the staff of incompetent to handle a minor issue or their superiors has given them no powers to deal with the situation. I will definitely think twice if I ever want to place a order with you. Only good thing was the refund was issued straight away once Royal Mail found out that it was delivered to wrong address after all these days even though its not my job to wait all these days.

When you place the order it doesnt say anywhere what times you have to place the order for next day delivery..and customer service is really bad!they called me once and the girls tone was way higher than it should be for customer service !then they contacted me by email saying they cant find my adress on the system and demand that i call them,when i told them to cancel the order they found the adress...that was my last order with you!!!

We are sorry for any misunderstanding but our delivery terms regarding Next Day deliveries are under Delivery & Returns. We do contact customers should the postal address not match what is on the Royal Mail system so as to ensure a quick efficient delivery and are sorry for any inconvenience caused to you when you last ordered.

I ordered Neutrogena Foot Care . The picture of the product looked identical to that bought in shops, but is, in fact, half the size! I have never seen this size in shops. I am therefore very disappointed as I have now paid considerably more for the product than I otherwise would have done.

Hi, We have updated the image but the size that we sell has always been correctly visible as 50ml and also the price too reflects the smaller size. We will be getting more stocks of the 100ml by the end of June. Sorry for any inconvenience caused - kind regards

I asked for my perfume to be gift wrap.when it arrived it wasn't so I phoned them up .they apologies thats it ,wont be ordering again.

We received your order at 7pm on the 29th April which was Friday and our office is closed at that time already and for the weekends too. Furthermore, since that weekend was followed by a Bank Holiday Monday (02/05/2016) all orders recevied during that long weekend were processed only on Tuesday (03/05/2016). Your order was sent the following day (04/05/2016) on 48hours tracked service by Royal Mail and you received the parcel on 06/05/2016. We do apologise for this but if it would not fall on this long weekend you wouldn't experience any delays as we always aim to dispatch our parcels as soon as possible. My product came half empty and is mostly air and hardly any product inside tubes. Product started burning my skin when I applied it. I will NEVER purchase from this store again and do not recommend you buy from here.

My payment was taken and my goods never arrived. I had to email and they were sent again. When they finally arrived my items were damaged and leaking I will not be using this service again.

Dear Sheila, You have placed the order on 2nd of January 2016 which was Saturday and over the weekends our office is closed, henceforth we couldn't process your order immediately. As stated on our website we need 24 hours for processing orders and then 3-5 working days for the actual delivery. Hi, I ordered on 22nd of December. And by 2pm on 29th, I hadn't received my products. I spoke to "Karen " who said that my products were still on site.When I ordered, your system said " all items in stock" Bad business. Peter Collins

I placed my order on November 30th, my account was debited on December 2nd it's now December 8th, and it hasn't arrived yet, that's not "3 to 5 working days" and I feel very anxious.
