I still haven't had my goods! Why would I give a good review. I haven't even had an email to confirm the goods have been sent to the carrier and its now 7 days since the order was made on a 3 to 5 day delivery promise.

I currently live on the Isle of Man and rarely have problems with delivery of products purchased on line. I have ordered fragrances from a variety of on line sellers and have never had an issue; however Beauty Base accepted my order, took the money from my credit card and then promptly cancelled my substantial order citing they were unable to deliver to the Isle of Man due to the products being 'flammable'. Poor service, poor company.

My order was delivered to the shop and I couldn't get it as I need a bar code.I have emailed Beauty Base and still waiting.

Hi Naomi, we are currently investigating this with Royal mail as the order was placed ont the 1st and was dispatched on the 4th. We have sent you a replacement as the courier company had lost the original parcel. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and we can assure you this is not a regular occurrence. Apologies.

I'm far from pleased with my purchase that arrived with one of the bottles half emplty because it had leaked in transit. i;'ve emailed a complaint and had to wait 24 hours for a response from the Customer Services team wherein i've been asked to return the package but no freepost label has been supplied so i've had to ask for one! I shan't be purchasing again from yourselves!

Hi, thank you for your review. We are sorry you are not happy with the service we provided however we did respond back within 24 hours. Our office is open from 9.30 - 5.30 and you're email was sent after 8pm. We did give you an option if you want a refund or to return the product back, once we had your response we would have sent the returns label if you wanted a refund. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Ridiculous to and fro via email regarding which country I placed my order from ! I confirmed multiple times that the order was placed in the UK, delivery was to a UK address and that payment was being made from a Uk account, but this wasn't good enough ! Eventually threatened to cancel my order and goods were despatched. Over a week after order was placed. Do not recommend and will not be using again.

Hi Stephen, we do apologise that you didn't have a great experience with Beauty Base but Unfortunately we can not dispatch any order that are flagged up our system until you confirm which country your order was placed. I'm sorry but we do this to protect our customers. I hope you're next experience with Beauty Base will be more pleasant.

Appauling! Ordered item on 30th may as needed for 5th june...to have a phone call on the 4th june in the afternoon telling me my address was invalid!!! Wont use again and wouldnt recommend

Hi Paul, We are sorry you feel this way. I have investigated why your order was not sent out within the time frame set and this is because we tried contacting you several times regarding the incorrect company name and the unit number that was given to us but we had no success. On the 4th June you contacted us after our several attempts but by this time it had already passed our usual delivery time. I'd like to apologise once again that you feel you had a bad experience with us. We do try and ensure all orders are sent within 3-5 working days but unfortunately in this instance it was out of our control.

Went in to buy fragrances customer service is really bad no smile or thank you at the till spent over £100 and crappy customer service not impressed

Hi Danielle. We are really sorry for the delay with your parcel. This is a very rare occasion where a parcel has taken this long to deliver. I have investigated the matter. You placed your order on Sunday 19th April and we dispatched the order on Tuesday 21st April. However when I tracked the order it shows the package was delivered by royal Mail today. Unfortunately because we do use a third party courier company we have no control of how long the parcels take to deliver once they have been dispatched ready for delivery. Again, I apologise for this and we will be sending you a small gift as a token of our apology. I hope we can restore your confidence with future orders. :)

Ordering service is terrible I chose the 3-5 working day delivery option and my order was only dispatched 6 days later it's now been a week and I still haven't got my order

Hi Abdul. Sorry that you feel your order took long to arrive however you did place your order on Friday evening and Monday was a bank holiday. Your order was processed on the Tuesday and dispatched on Thursday. We work within a 3-5 working day lead time and your product was delivered within the time frame. Hope this was useful and you are happy with your purchase. :)

Hi John, you ordered your product on the 1st April and we dispatched your order the next day. What day did you receive your order because you should have got it within 3-5 working days.

I would like to say that I was pleased with my purchase but after 7 days I am still waiting for it to arrive. The perfume was a gift for my daughter's birthday which she is still waiting for. Delivery should have been within 3-5 days. On day 5 I received an email to say it has now been dispatched. That was the day of her birthday. Quite disappointed.

Hi Donna, We are sorry you expected your order for your daughters birthday but our parcels arrive to the customer within 3-5 working days. Your parcel was delivered on the 5th working day. I am sorry it took so long but as it is Easter we are experiencing a busy period.

Hi Sirimevan, As discussed via email unfortunately our courier service attempted delivery a few times but tehre was nobody available so the package was returned to us. We have refunded you Sirimevan and if you would like to place another order please do so and we can get this delivered provided someone is home to collect.

Where is my perfume? Now I have to give a late present and that's if it comes! Not even received the second email they said they would send! And the money's gone from my account! I'm so confused

Hi Ammarah, we are sorry you have to give a late present but you requested a normal delivery which has a lead time of 3-5 working days. You placed the order on Friday, it has only been one working day so far but we have dispatched your order and you should receive this within the next few days. If in future you do need to give a present we do recommend to request a next day service.

very poor service offered by UKmail we paid for next day delivery it took 3 days and when we tracked it is usual pack of lies that courier came at 1.00pm yesterday and no one was there..... Beauty Base customer service (Karen) was good they called back. no transaction is complete until it is delivered, it is upto Beauty Base to find a good co. who can deliver the goods in time [as promised] Good Luck

Thank you for your feedback Kersi. We do apologise on behalf of UK Mail but we have to rely on UK Mail for our courier service and unfortunately sometimes they do let us down and as it is the Christmas period there are a high volume of parcels which can easily be lost. We will look into this further and hopefully this wont happen again. Hope you have a Merry Christmas :)

Got two messages and a phone call to say my goods are on the way and I still have not got them .the phone call said I will receive on Monday waited and waited no parcel .got tax saying Tuesday up to 6.30 and now it's 8.30pm no parcle no message .one unhappy customer.. I should of stuck with fragrance shop they neather let me down .let's see what tomorrow brings
