“Perfume dispatched 5 days after purchasing it from Beauty Base, wasting a lot of time and ruining plans of gifting it. Very disappointed.”

Thank you for you're feedback Jahanzeb. We are sorry you feel this way but as you opted for standard UK delivery this can take anywhere between 3-5 working days and unfortunately as you ordered just after the 'Black Friday' weekend (which was our busiest weekend this year) your delivery took 5 days instead of 3. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Thank you for your feed back. Looking at you order history, it shows that Royal Mail attempted to deliver on the 18th Sep but no one was available to sign for this parcel. Royal Mail should have left you a card. I apologise if this was not the case.

“I ordered Paul Smith London 30ml men's fragrance, and upon using it I found that the fragrance smelt nothing like the previous bottle I owned (a mixture of fig and coconut, very sweet, strong and long lasting), but instead was very weak and smelt of a very generic cheap men's aftershave. I have my doubts as to the legitimacy of the product.”
