Hi Georgea, You placed your order on the 28th August which was the Friday. We are closed over the weekend and it was the Bank holiday the following Monday which was the 31st August. We dispatched your order on the 1st which is within the time frame. Sorry if you felt there was a delay in this.

I not happy with this purchase I am doudffull about the authenticity of the Invictus eft 100ml perfume I got. Smell doesn't last and it also stained my white shirts which is not right SD

Hi Anu. We are sorry you feel this way but your order was placed on Friday at 7.27pm. We dispatched your order on Monday. Unfortunately we do not work weekends and our orders are proceeded within 3-5 working days.

As much as I love the product the service was disgraceful. I have paid for next day delivery and four days later I still had no package.

The items arrived no problems but they where not gift wrapped as requested. I followed the instructions and sent a separate e-mail requesting the Kate moss items be gift wrapped

My package came on time and i was overall very very happy with the amazing price and the product however I called your Stratford store at 13.11pm on the 20/11/14 and My call was answered by an Asian lady. I was interested in buying more stock from yourselves and Pacifically asked for moschino chic petals gift sets or stock. It seemed as though she didn't fully understand what I was saying but after repeating it a few times it seemed as though she couldn't be bothered so she hung up on me. I called straight back and received no apology from the staff member then when I asked for the products again it seemed as though she couldnt be bothered to deal with my query and made up a lie to say the store was completely sold out of all stock. I found out this was a lie because since going to the store shortly after there was a shelf full. She was really rude over the phone and I have lost all trust in continuing to shop with yourselves. I am very disappointed.

Have ordered before but this time I have not revived my order, I called Royal Mail and they said speak to the sender ?! Disappointed really as I recommend the service of this site a lot

The Beauty Base web site was simple to use. I easily found the item I required and was able to place my order quickly. Delivery followed 5 working days later. I will certainly use Beauty Base again.
