“I ordered 2 items but 1 was missing I had to send photos of the opened box im hoping my other item arrives before Christmas I did receive a free gift with my first parcel though that was a nice gesture”

“Absolutely rubbish service, I paid an extra 10 pounds for next day delivery. I ordered some birthday presents which were delivered late. When I complained beauty base blamed it on the courier service. Regardless, absolutely unacceptable response and incompetent service. Will never buy anything from here.”

“I visit the branch in Intu Uxbridge today with my family and bought few products from them but I must the staff is very helpful there and the store looks brilliant nice and clean and the Manager of this store is superb and kind honest and gentle person. Helped us in great manner and give us very genuine and friendly customer service. Thank you Beauty base”

“Delivery was quick, I recieved plenty of emails to keep me in the loop. The product was well packaged and will hopefully be a well recieved gift this Christmas. Also a very good price and freebies in the box were a lovely bonus. Thank you”

“Happy with the delivery times scale, wrapping and prices the only thing I would say is that the message I had put on the order was spelt wrong!! And scribbled like a young child had written it. If a company is going to add messages at least get it right and type this message instead of using pen looks more professional but suppose what do you expect when its fee”
