“I would like to say that I was pleased with my purchase but after 7 days I am still waiting for it to arrive. The perfume was a gift for my daughter's birthday which she is still waiting for. Delivery should have been within 3-5 days. On day 5 I received an email to say it has now been dispatched. That was the day of her birthday. Quite disappointed.”

Hi Donna, We are sorry you expected your order for your daughters birthday but our parcels arrive to the customer within 3-5 working days. Your parcel was delivered on the 5th working day. I am sorry it took so long but as it is Easter we are experiencing a busy period.

Hi Sirimevan, As discussed via email unfortunately our courier service attempted delivery a few times but tehre was nobody available so the package was returned to us. We have refunded you Sirimevan and if you would like to place another order please do so and we can get this delivered provided someone is home to collect.
