“The item I wanted is very hard to find so Beauty Base came up trumps. Ordered on 22nd October. Had an e-mail on 23rd to say it had been despatched. Received on either 24th or 25th October, can't be certain exactly what date. Service extremely good. Thank you.”

“This is my first purchase from Beauty Base. I am pleasantly surprised as purchase was very easy,website very organised, delivery fast ,products excellently packaged and I was kept informed about delivery. I can't comment on quality of the perfumes as they are Christmas gifts.But I must add that all boxes are in excellent condition and original.”

“Product and website very good only negative thing was using UK Mail to deliver, couldn't find where I lived, numerous text messages back and forth, was told it would fit through my letter box but it didn't and they left it with a neighbour - took over a week to get it from them and missed giving the perfume as a present on my mums birthday so that was disappointing. It would have been easier to use royal mail and I could have collected it next day from the post office.”
