Dear Sheila, You have placed the order on 2nd of January 2016 which was Saturday and over the weekends our office is closed, henceforth we couldn't process your order immediately. As stated on our website we need 24 hours for processing orders and then 3-5 working days for the actual delivery. Thank you for using our service! We have received your order on the 26/12/2015 which was Saturday and our office was reopened after Christmas only on the 28/01/2015. Therefore, there were some delays with processing the orders for which we do apologize but we have received an unexpectedly high volume of orders and had to prioritize those ones first which were placed on the 24th and 25th December.
