“The service was good and delivery was good the only thing was I think the delivery prices are a little expensive when there is only one option.”

“Appauling! Ordered item on 30th may as needed for 5th june...to have a phone call on the 4th june in the afternoon telling me my address was invalid!!! Wont use again and wouldnt recommend”

Hi Paul, We are sorry you feel this way. I have investigated why your order was not sent out within the time frame set and this is because we tried contacting you several times regarding the incorrect company name and the unit number that was given to us but we had no success. On the 4th June you contacted us after our several attempts but by this time it had already passed our usual delivery time. I'd like to apologise once again that you feel you had a bad experience with us. We do try and ensure all orders are sent within 3-5 working days but unfortunately in this instance it was out of our control.

“My wife has used Yves St Laurent "Rive Gauche" perfume for many decades. Being now retired and much more modest in our expenditure, she gave it up many years ago. At the occasion of my wife's birthday, I searched all over the web for the scent and was delighted to find that Beauty Base was selling the 100ml Eau De Toilette at the lowest price I could find. My wife was delighted with her present and we both enjoyed the memories that the scent recalled. Further more, this transaction was executed impeccably by Beauty Base with very prompt order acknowledgement, despatch and delivery.a”

“I was really pleased with my purchase. The eau de toilette and shower gel was at least half the price I normally pay. Have been using the Skin Doctor serum for just three days and can already see a difference and the Leichner foundation is a real find - suits my skin perfectly. All delivered promptly. Very happy to recommend.”
