Dear Georgia, thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry to hear about your disappointment. We received your order at 7pm on the 29th April which was Friday and our office is closed at that time already and for the weekends too. Furthermore, since that weekend was followed by a Bank Holiday Monday (02/05/2016) all orders recevied during that long weekend were processed only on Tuesday (03/05/2016). Your order was sent the following day (04/05/2016) on 48hours tracked service by Royal Mail and you received the parcel on 06/05/2016. We do apologise for this but if it would not fall on this long weekend you wouldn't experience any delays as we always aim to dispatch our parcels as soon as possible.
