Ordered 2 Eye shadow Palettes at $40.- each, came damaged with eye shadow powder all over me as I opened package. Beauty Bay packed palettes in a flimsy box and wrapped Palettes in paper when it should have been concealed with styrofoam. Of course I want a full refund of my $81.50, so instead of them taking responsibility for how they packaged, and in order for me to get my full refund. I have to pay $63.- to mail back damaged products to there United Kingdom. They need to email a Prepaid Return Label, they are not responding with a prepaid label. Its been weeks. No Refund, Yet.

The product came well sealed and maintained but but but unfortunately the worst service ever🙄 When courier guy came to drop my products he asked me to pay. When I told him I cleared all the amount he told me this is Vat. What Vat??? I cleared everything through online payment, now whats this vat bruh. Atleast it should be mentioned while checkout. When I tried to communicate through email they told me (( BEAUTY BAY accepts no responsibility for these fees, they will need to be paid by yourself prior to the delivery of your order)) What if I had no money ??

I ordered for about 2 months ago. Never received my products! I sent several emails to customer (no) service. Always the same standard answer,although I gave all information about my order. I asked for a refund. And then, surprisely, the day after I received an email that hermes tried to deliver my haul but nobody was there. I was home all day. And normally a delivery company leaves a paper to say they went by. No paper either. No answer, no products and money gone! I am also in business and if I treated my clients like this, I was already in prison!!! CRIMINAL!!!

Beauty bay were unable to fill my complete order so I cancelled the entire order within 20 mins of purchasing. That same evening my order was despatched, I emailed customer services to enquire why it’s been despatched - THEY BLOCKED ME. Honestly never had this type of poor treatment from a company. Absolutely criminal

Parcel was chucked outside front door on an open plan garden. Absolutely shocking customer service. As soon as the words i want to return the item it became a ping email for reasons why they dont want it back. The min u open a box to look thats it you have no rights. Well im going to trading standards and will be using the consumer act as i have a right to return i told them the day it was delivered. Avoid this company at all costs there are a lot better more professional ones

I have never received my order, customer service is dreadful they send you from one person to another only through email. So far I have been contacted by five different people obviously evading the issue! I was told my order had been sent to a Co op store, it never arrived. I was then informed that it had gone to a completely different shop that I didn’t request. It had not arrived there either! I have asked for a refund this hasn’t been issued and my request has been totally ignored. I have asked to be referred to a manager as I am beginning to think that this company is not legitimate.

Run away. Horrific customer care or lack there of. Made an order for an item that never arrived and I still have not received a response on a refund. It’s been 6 days. Of back and forth and they have continuously dismissed my request for a refund. I’ll never be purchasing from hear again. Don’t waste your time, go to another platform cult beauty or anything is better.

Im from Australia & ordered an item a month ago and i haven’t received or got any tracking updates since 3 weeks ago! I contacting them and they said ‘we can’t refund you because it’s not declared lost’ SORRY? HOW IS IT NOT LOST WHEN I HAVNT HAD UPDATES IN WEEKS. I’ve contacted multiple times and they’ve said the same thing ‘we will get back to you’ Like sorry? what are you going to do, go through your international mail?! IM SO DISAPPOINTED. NEVER AGAIN!!!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Brutal costumer services with no contact number have to wait days for people to get back to you. Over a month ago my boyfriend sent me an e voucher, when I went to use it, it didn’t work. I wrote to beauty and stated they couldn’t issue me a new code but that I would have to spend my own £30 and when the item had been dispatched let them now and they will refund the value of the original gift voucher £30. I waited 4 weeks for my parcel to arrive and nothing contacted the courier and they have not received anything from beauty bay. So I then wrote to beauty bay and they say they will refund me, now coming back and saying the refund from the 31.03.21 when I spent my own money is the refund, But I am still out £30 for a voucher that was never working and now items ??? Absolute disgrace of a company with costumer with no brain capacity to see they are robbing people. Taking it public now

I specifically paid next day delivery to receive the goods quickly for a gift and they havnt arrived - I’m very disappointed and would like to know how that’s ok exactly?!!!! £4.95 paid for what exactly ?!!!! Disgusting service

Parcel not turned up although it says delivered to parcel shop! Tracking says delivered to Shop been to collect Twice , now 8th April and no parcel! Will not be ordering from company again, can't find anyone to help me!!!!!!! 2803523989364787.janh

Rang the door bell aggressively before I could get my dressing gown on and to the front door he was in his car driving off. I shouted give people a chance. He reversed his car shouted "What!?" Proceeded to tell me "Its corona we dont have to wait... just open your door you stupid b****!" I asked who he worked for he said himself Then drove off!

Ordered ÂŁ50 worth of beauty bay products , Hermes notified that my haul had been delivered and put in a safe place , no attempt was made to knock on the door , my car was in the drive way as-well. Myself and my sister was home. Hermes took a photo of my haul package at the safe place, however when I went to go check not even 10 mins later my haul packaging was no where to be seen !!! Shocking customer service , you cannot get in contact with beauty bay. Hermes, you need to sort out your employees.

I agree with the other experience that the customer service is diabolical! When I was buying something I did not realize the shipping address until the moment I received the proof of purchase and saw the address. Without wasting time, immediately, I sent them an email - since there is no telephone service - and the response was quick but with no intention to help the client: “We have requested to amend your order with the warehouse.  However, please kindly be aware that once an order has been successfully placed on site the warehouse work very quickly to process the orders for dispatch. Once the picking and packaging process has started an order cannot be amended.  This is a best endeavour request and we cannot guarantee that your order can be amended at this time.” I understood guys, however I am wonder: between receiving the email order verification, writing to them, and receiving this response, less than 15 minutes passed (I have the conversation of the emails). So I congratulate you for the speed of the service since I haven’t seen in my 47 years any service so fast in less than 15 minutes: receive email, review the order data, search for the items, check before send, pack and send it to the destination. How is it possible that within 15 minutes you can do all that? Are you kidding me? Also, there was no way to change the address because it was already sent? I kept sending several emails to see how we can solve it since I do not live there anymore, besides the place is very far from where I am living now -but no provision to fix it, or the intention to find an alternative, anything!! Result: today I received an email confirming that my order has arrived at its destination -which means, at the previous address that I no longer live there, and I don't know who lives there now! Thank you for the zero solution, loss of money, and giving the order to someone that I don't know even who he is. You are diabolical!
