“5 Star: I was looking for a very specific make and model BMW, and had travelled to a number of dealers around the country and seen 4 other examples. Beck Evans is different from a dealer. It took a few phone calls to arrange a good time, no badgering with unnecessary calls before or after my visit. I'll be honest, I was skeptical before I viewed the car. Andrew Couper was very interested in my driving history - what I had driven, exactly what I wanted this car for, how long I planned to keep the car for, the running costs, what others cars I would enjoy(or had considered) and made certain I was comfortable and confident with my choice. I could not fault the car's history or condition. I had a little time to wander around the crowded forecourt, after a test drive, it's busy and you see everything happening and you can feel about where the money goes, pretty simple, good quality cars prepared well. I allowed a few days to pass before making a decision, and a few days later they stayed late to pick up from the Sidcup station. Paperwork and handover, the car was spotless. I confess I stopped on the way home just to have a look at it. If you're looking for espressos and a sumptuous lounge, you will be disappointed. If you're looking for a good cup of tea, a wide variety of beautifully prepared quality cars and knowledgeable people who want to make a good match, give them a try. P.s if you leave with a Beck Evans umbrella, you will be very pleased. Cheers Mike”

“I would highly recommend Beck Evans, I part exchanged my car for an Audi Q5, lovely car, was serviced prior to me picking up, the whole process was excellent, with great customer service from Matt Couper from start to finish. “Hi Tim All companies dealing with the public get the odd negative comments on socia media sometimes justified sometimes not. Sometimes things do not always go to plan and how a company deals with these issues is often a very good measure of a company. From my initial contact to arrange a viewing and test drive I was impressed with the friendly and courteous attitude from all members of staff I had contact with. At no time did I feel pressured to complete the sale.i decided to buy a BMW X5 and beck Evans agreed to carry out a service. During the service it was discovered a gearbox fault showed up so instead of me taking delivery after 5 days it took a little longer. I feel many car dealers would have used reconditioned parts to save money but beck Evans carried out the work using genuine BMW parts at a considerable cost to themselves. Tim who was my point of contact kept me up to date on the progress of the repair without any BS. When I collected both Tim and Sam Evans were apologetic about the unusual circumstances causing a delay. As a purchaser I would much prefer a company to be honest about a problem and rectify it correctly and an alternative to sending me off with potential future problems.
