“Avoid at all costs – misleading and appalling aftercare We travelled 6 hours to collect a vehicle that was advertised and sold to us as an XLWB High Roof. On arrival, it turned out to be a completely different specification. Despite this clear misadvertisement, the dealership refused to offer any compensation for the wasted journey and inconvenience. To make matters worse, the van broke down on the way home because they hadn’t even connected the battery properly. We are now in dispute with them over these issues, and their responses so far have been dismissive and unprofessional. Buying a vehicle is a serious investment – you expect honesty, accuracy, and basic checks. Sadly, this dealership delivered none of those. Be very careful before handing over your money.”

Thank you for the reviews – one in your name and one anonymously. Having reviewed the various communications between yourselves and our Sales Team we were completely transparent in answering all of your questions and the vehicle was not mis-advertised. Having viewed the vehicle in person your husband left us a 5 star review with a picture having had an opportunity to not proceed with the purchase at any given time. We apologise that the vehicle broke down on the way home however we paid all costs involved. Best wishes Team Beck Evans
