“Recently bought a Volkswagen Touareg from Andrew Couper at Beck Evans - VERY impressed with the service given by Andrew & Beck Evans. Everything that was said and/or promised came to pass - I would thoroughly recommend them. As a final comment, I have been in sales myself for over 30 years and a Director and when you are selling a quality product (there didn't seem to be much on the forecourt under 2 years old and from the likes of BMW, Mercedes, Porsche etc), you don't need selling to - you just need to decide which one is right for you - my Touareg is stunning !!!!”

“Overall I am very happy with the car I bought and Tim was always pleasant and professional but I felt that the handover was rushed and on closer inspection the quality of the interior valet was overall very poor. There was a chocolate bar wrapper left in the passenger door pocket and the inside of the front windscreen was filthy. Not what I expect when purchasing a vehicle at that value.”

“Service a speed was good, but I have since purchse noticed problems I would addressing: - the hand brake is completely ineffictive and I would suggest needs resetting. This should have been checked in the MOT, so I am left concerned that other items were not checked. - there are noticeable paint work scratches on the paint work and internal trim on the column by the wind screen on the drivers side. - the front drivers side head lamp fog up in the rain.”

“Being one of life's moaners Its not often I'm happy with a service I receive, working as an estate/letting agent I'm used to dealing with customer service. I found a LR defender for sale with Beckevans on the 26th Dec and called up on the Sunday to be pleasantly greeted by someone who came to work on a xmas sunday! Great start, I dealt with Andrew who carried out a vehicle 'walk around' on the day with me and didn't try the usual salesman blag ' I've got loads of interest and someone is coming over this afternoon to buy this car.' It was all left to my choice and was not rushed into making a decision to buy, I said I'd call back in the week to arrange a deposit payment and collection date. This all went to plan and he held the car for a further 7 days for me whilst we sorted out a 150 mile trip to Kent. We were collected in a lovely new Mercedes E63 from Sidcup station and driven to the showroom, it was dark by then - having not physically seen this car I was buying I asked them to drive it in their into lit garage and dry any rain off it - they did this whilst I sat and had a coffee with my wife. The car was exactly as described - MINT! all the relevant paperwork was present and the money transaction went through straight away. I would come back and buy off these guys again.”

“I bought my 63 plate Audi s3 two weeks ago from beck Evans. Freshly serviced at Audi before sale, car runs like new. Car had a scuff on alloys and front bumper etc both areas were as new when I collected the car not a mark on it. Again great quality service on collection, would recommend. Regards Mark Leeson”

Did not feel rushed to make purchase. Received a decent / reasonable price for PX which made the sale convenient.
