“Bought my car last week online from Beck Evans. Exactly as described and really satisfied with it. Service from start to finish was exemplary - all phone calls when promised, informative and delivered cleaned, sterilised and ready to drive. 2 year warranty purchased in addition so peace of mind. “Mercedes E220 Estate After reading the good and bad reviews on Beck Evans I contacted Andrew and eventually bought a car without being able to view or test drive because of the distance between us. The car was everything i had hoped it would be, well described ( there were extras not in the description as well) and very well presented. Hand over was friendly and not at all rushed. The only improvement i would suggest is return calls were a little slow at times! emails were always answered fairly swiftly. Summary- You will always find good and bad reviews when dealing with the general public, My experience was a positive one and i will seriously consider buying from Beck Evans again. Thanks Andrew”

Dealt with Karl he was so helpful from start to finish but especially towards the end when my finance company cancelled my application and left me stranded. I had a good feeling about your garage I read reviews and seen you had won awards which made me comfortable going over my budget and traveling 200 miles to collect. The car in beyond my expectations and truly greatful as cheesy as it sounds it’s all a dream come true lol”

“Highly recommend this dealership for whatever your needs are, we were in the market for a smart car as a small economical second car and found the perfect one on autotrader. Matt Couper answered all of our questions (and there were a lot) spent time videoing the car as we were in lockdown and showing off the features we had asked him to check. We were not buying a luxury car by any means but received I think the same service as if we were. Payment and paperwork was completed with ease and car was delivered 4 days later by Neil who made sure we understood all the features and were happy with our purchase before leaving, very clean car at a good price and was a pleasure to do business with them.”

“Found a great priced VW Golf GTE on Autotrader and was put through to Beck Evans, I dealt with Chris Yaxley who answered all my questions (there were alot). The car was delivered 6 days later and had been cleaned to showroom standard. All payments & finance went smoothly and Chris also sent me a video of my car before being loaded onto the trailer. Fantastic service, I will use again and would recommend this company to anyone.”
