“I just want to thank you for everything you have done. Firstly the car, I absolutely love it! I’m like a kid in a sweet shop, which for a 50 year old is a big thing. The fault was as expected, 1 jubilee clip and now sorted - perfect. Secondly for the after service. The contact and the degree of help. You most certainly know how to look after your customers. Sending an engineer to repair from such a distance is above and beyond. Many garages would have fobbed me off or made me use the warranty but your service and aftercare was excellent - thank you. Then Rob, throughout the process he has been amazing. The video, the information provided. Facilitating my son to test drive, no issues with my placing a deposit and going on leave for a week. Not once did I feel pressured to make the purchase. The whole process was seamless. Totally excellent customer service. Again thank you all it’s been a pleasure doing business with you all.”

“Excellent thanks. Vehicle inspected by a friend who was given excellent customer service. Rob picked me up from the station and the paperwork completed and in my way within an hour. Even refunded for a wiper blade that split early in the ownership. Good car, well priced and good service.”
