“Leading up to the purchase, the contact was quite good. I did walk away from the purchase but then received a phone call with a sensible deal. The issues were after the purchase when I had an issue. The sales person is disinterested as they have made the sale and there is no after sales department. From my conversations the issues seem to lie with the sales management team.”

“From the first call to enquire about a car and throughout the salesman Sean was very helpful and the communication was good, my car was delivered safely up to Scotland on the date agreed. Without having seen the car in person, only by video i was a little nervous as a you can't see any imperfections in a video but the car was it fantastic condition so im over the moon. K also got a follow up call from Sean to make sure everything was OK with the car. Highly recommended purchasing from Beck Evans.”
