Avoid Bedstar like the plague. Paid an exuberant sum of money for a bed frame with next day delivery. The frame arrived on time however ever 2 DAYS after building it the central support gave way and the slats cracked, making it un-useable. Phoned customer service and was told my Samantha that it was MY FAULT due to no rug being underneath, I explained there was originally a rug underneath and she accused me of lying. Fantastic customer service!! Shocked to see there are lots of positive reviews as it is hands down the worst customer service I have experienced in my life!!!!

Ordered and paid for a bed and mattress. They phoned just before delivery to say the bed wasn't available after all and asked me to choose another one. I choose another bed, but that couldn't be delivered with the mattress. So they picked up the old bed and mattress and delivered the new mattress. So then I had to sleep on the mattress on the floor. Stayed in for delivery number 2 - when the bed arrived and I'd unpacked it, it had a huge hole in the frame. They agreed to replace it, so I packaged up the bed and I've stayed in for delivery number 3. That's arrived but they sent a completely different bed. So completely different bed has been sent away and I'm still left with the bed with a hole in. I'm now waiting to find out what the next steps are - three deliveries during covid (not ideal) and it's still not resolved. Awful.

I moved into a new house and ordered and paid for this bed a week/10days before to ensure it would be delivered on my completion date. I received an email on the day to say that part of the bed was not being delivered. It turned out to be half the base and I had to sleep on the floor for two nights. I will never use Bedstar again for any future purchase

The bed took ages to be delivered wasn’t next day and advertised the delivery charge was very very high . Furthermore, it was massive and arrived flat pack which meant paying a cost on top of the already astronomical price . Useless .

One of the worst companies I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I had new carpets fitted on Monday and had pre-planned well in advance delivery of my bed for the Tuesday. Delivery arrives on Tuesday with just the headstand and no bed, the logistics company advise they will call me and deliver the next day. During this I get sent further e-mails suggesting that the bed will get delivered in the evening having then called the supplier they advise that this is wrong. As you may have guessed I get no phone call and establish the next day (i.e. today Wednesday) that the delivery is now coming on Thursday! So I have wasted time off work slept on a sofa all because of this lack of competence. I spoke to Gillian at Bedstar and explained all this and she would not even offer to refund my delivery! Bedstar have not honoured the delivery date I picked and therefore if this company had an ounce of integrity, cared about it’s reputation or had a shred of care towards customer service it would do the right thing for the inconvenience and time wasted and provide me a full refund of the cost of my delivery.

I've been trying to contact Bedstar since Friday 30 April, email, telephone and left messages. No one has got back to me at all. I ordered a bed and mattress for deliver Friday, the mattress turned up but no bed. Where's my bed? None existent customer service, please answer emails and phone calls. Here's to another night on the floor boards.

Please please stay away from this company! ordered a bed for my daughter it was only used for 1 week before we noticed faults, the bottom of the ottoman bed drooping as the base appeared to have dropped and then the foot end of the bed has also dropped. We are not being supported with this only being blamed for the faults which i am strongly disputing! Please do not use this company and look elsewhere! I am feeling exhausted from the constant emails to try and resolve this and still to date i am getting no where just out of pocket with a broken bed!

Not in stock even though it is still showing as in stock online. I paid £80 more than the other companies to get the bed last month!

your customer service is garbage I hope the person that spoke to my wife is happy with herself I understand for my old bed to get picked up but do you expect myself and my wife to get up at 4 am to dismantle and wrap this when I had work to go to and for my wife to do this on her own no thought what so ever 1 star is to much to give should be zero.

A disgusting customer service, only 2 out of 3 of the boxes delivered, they took our bed, we’ve had to sleep on the floor. The 3rd box should have been delivered and then we find out they haven’t even dispatched it to the couriers depot! The woman on the phone was rude and blamed the couriers but having spoken to them we know it was Bedstars fault. We spent over £1000, have had to take what will probably be 3 days off work and are sleeping on the floor with bad backs. Do not shop with them!!!

Placed order 13/2 of items ‘in stock’ for delivery within 2-4 weeks, no contact made by Bedstar apart from confirmation of order. Called on 1/3 for update on delivery. I was told item out of stock/COVID/Brexit - item not available until mid-July! Item ordered showing in stock on website with delivery 14-28 days! Website opening hours were also incorrect. When I finally spoke to someone, they were helpful and processed full refund same day, funds back in my account 4 days later. Giving 1 star as I would of expected a communication regarding delivery within days of placing my order informing me it was no longer in stock.

Bed arrived dented in two places. Emailed them without any response. Bed is in different colour then on the photos and cheap quality. I sincerely regret ordering from them. I’m such a disappointed of the bed with which I have to stick for long time now. Better search on eBay , same beds in cheaper prices. Save your money

Ordered 4 beds online which were in stock. Received an email day later telling me 2 of bed frames were out of stock so I had to choose something else. When delivery came, had one box missing hence could not setup one of the beds. No one from bedstar phoned or emailed me to let me know when missing box would arrive. I had to email them letting them know of missing part. They then told me that they were going to email me and courier would be out next day. I'm still waiting 3 days later. Never again will I buy beds from this company, I paid over £2200. Terrible customer service!

I ordered the modena metal bed in champagne. It was not champagne at all! It was a dark grey stone colour. When I called and sent photos via email, they responded rudely and telling me that is just the correct colour, that's how it looks and I have to pay for return postage of £55 even though legally they should do that. Threatened them with court action, even reported them to trading standards, they didn't care! Finally PayPal agreed to pay for the return postage even though technically they didn't have to. Never again! I do not recommend this company. Beds are cheap for a reason. Been a complete nightmare and a very stressful experience!

Firstly the website didn’t work properly, so had to call your company. A lovely lady helped me as she could see the problems on the website. However as I was going through the details with her, not once did I see or was it mentioned it was a flat pack! I wouldn’t have proceeded with the purchase. The delivery company you used were rude to my daughter. I called your company to ask for help absolutely no help at all. Frankly I’m extremely disappointed in your aftersales technique and the lively lady who helped with the purchased I feel should have pointed out it was flat packed! Now left without a bed due to Covid knowone to make the bed up! It should be in large print FLAT PACKED!

For the love of god, do not use this Company. Delayed delivery due to no stock despite them saying it was, multiple changes to delivery times, still arrived late on day of delivery, missing parts when unpackaged. Unsympathetic sales advisors and no form of compensation for all of the issues. How on earth they function as a business is beyond me. Please do not use them, there are better places to spend your hard earned money, where service is a priority.

Sadly , I did not have a good experience using this company. Firstly my bed was delivered with the wrong parts and I had to go through several hoops to get a new part delivered. Since I’ve discovered after sleeping on the mattress it is absolutely low-grade quality. Big mistake using this company will stick to John Lewis in future!

Very bad service . I received my bed with parts missing called them emailed them finally remaining parts arrived still bed panel missing 😡but it didn’t fit in seemed like they gave us parts of wrong bed model because the manual guide didn’t match with bed and parts we were given . We have to personally hire a carpenter to fix this mess . Will never again do mistake of buying anything from here.
