“Item arrived on time and in good condition. Fairly easy to put up. Gas struts very stiff at first. put the mattress on first then give good hard push.”

“The bed was delivered very quickly and to the room of my choice. The drawers are well made and strong enough to hold my duvet sets. The mattress is very firm but comfortable. I cannot find any faults with the bed.”

“Ordering was easy, and the choice was impressive. However, the bed arrived with a knock on its side. I have had the pleasure of returning large objects in the past and decided that the knock was not significant enough for me to start the formal procedure, so I kept the bed as is. I can only hope that in the future BedStar will have better quality control in place.”

“This is the second bed and mattress I have purchased from Bedstar. On both occasions have had a fantastic service. They delivered so quickly ( 2 days after placing order ). My eldest son loved his little bothers bed so much so that I was delighted with the quality and decided to get him the same bed and mattress. “The service from Bedstar was brilliant. The delivery of our bed base was quick, efficient and arrived within the time slot I was given. I rang Bedstar Customer Services with a query I had when assembling the base. I was dealt with in a very courteous and friendly manner and was very impressed with the knowledge shown by the member of staff I spoke to.
