I ordered a dressing table for my daughters birthday, it arrived on time and she was very pleased with it. Customer service team were very helpful. I would definitely use them gain

Awful - sent a bed which was a different colour to the image on the website and tried to claim they could do that and nothing I could do, in addition mattress was dirty and damaged!! Awful customer service and refused refund!! Ended up claiming a refund through my credit card company! AVOID - AVOID

Delivered dirty mattress with bed which was immediately reported. Demanding £46 charge for sending a replacement. Now fighting to get them to fulfil their legal duties. Very dodgy company please do not use.

I had ordered a bed frame and mattress for Friday delivery. I had arranged a person to assemble my bed that day - the bed was missed to be picked up for delivery that day. Although they re-arranged the delivery for Saturday but with no instructions included...Offices are all closed over the weekend. It would help if there was some helpline available at least on Saturday....

Ordered a triple sleeper bunk bed and paid for Saturday delivery. The delivery was on time but the wrong bed delivered. Not open on a Saturday and now I've had to go out and buy another single mattress to fit the bed that was delivered. Let's see if they take it seriously when I contact my credit card company and invoke a charge back on the full amount!

Delivery no problems.the problem occurred thirteen months later a single limelight bed rarely used,my two year old grandson stayed as I sat on the bed to read to him the side frame cracked in half.bedstar response out of warranty!! Told by a joiner that the wood is deal not suitable as a frame poor design if you want a bed made with cheap materials then this is the place to come too........

I ordered a bed for delivery 9th January - they only delivered 2 out of the 3 pieces and I am still awaiting the third in order to make the bed! It's now the 22nd January. I have emailed them four times and not once have I received a reply. I contact customer services three days ago. I had a conversation with a pleasant lady who would look into it and get back to me and she has not called back! They have zero customer service - DO NOT USE

I bought a bed which i was then advised the next day that it had been discontinued. They asked if i wanted a refund, i replied within 10mins of receiving their email to say yes. I spoke on web chat the day after and was told the refund should be done that day or the next at the very latest. A few more days of chasing it up, no emails or Anything and no-one responding on web chat. I finally got a refund 8 days later. I originally paid via paypal. Now pYpL are saying it takes up to 30 days to show in my bank.... £900 less and no bed! Wouldnt use agAin!

I get the feeling that Bedstar is more suited to operating on a trading estate with showroom buyers rather than online where people use delivery estimates as a deciding part of the sale. Whilst the goods ordered did arrive they were well outside of the lead times stated at the time of ordering online, and I had to chase for updates. Promises of "delivery on x date" came and went and required more chasing to get the goods dispatched even once they had arrived in stock. The phone number was always unanswered but email contact was responded to within 24 hours (usually on the same business day). If the delivery estimates were more accurate (e.g. "Up to 3 week delivery" rather than "Next day delivery") I may still have used Bedstar and been left with a more positive experience. Instead I'm left with the impression that their online sales are a secondary activity for them after their showroom sales just so they can "get online". Sadly this is a common problem for many furniture retailers.

Never use this company. I've been chasing them for 2 weeks to get my order sorted. The customer service team are the worst I've ever known in any company. Bed arrived over a week later and in 3 separate parts over 3 completely separate days. Tried to complain but won't take it seriously. Got to the point now, where I'm contacting their directors to get a response for the intolerance of their idiotic management
