“Ordered on-line Saturday delivered on the following Tuesday. Hassle free delivery and excellent delivery team. Bed & mattress are both of good quality. I selected the mattress by using the on-line guide. It suits me a treat. Would recommend this company for it's products & service.”

“I bought the bedframe on the 12th of November believing that by two weeks the bed should arrive. How silly was I! I telephoned on the 01/12/15 to clarify where my order was and obtain an estimated time for delivery. I was told that the bed would be here by Wednesday then be sent out to couriers for delivery. Bed should be with me by Friday no later than Monday. 08/12/15 still no bedframe, email sent to bestar. Bedstar have stated that the bed should be in by Thursday/Friday!!! then be sent to the couriers. I am not holding much hope out to be honest. I will most likely cancel my order. I have never come across such a badly organised company. Who seem to have zero customer care in mind. Please do not buy from this company. I have found the whole experience quite distressing.”

“I just wanted to say thanks to your delivery men. As a new owner of a new build I've had lots of deliveries and your guys were the best. They were impeccably polite, perfectly on time, very house proud and respectful of my home and keen to ensure the bed was placed exactly where I wanted it. Customer services were quick to reply to my emails and confirm two- man delivery. Bed seems fine too.”

“Awful service. Do not expect your 'next day delivery' to arrive any more than 3 failed attempts and 3 weeks later.... They rely on customers calling to find out the delivery has failed. They will be laugh to you. They will blame all problems on their partner companies. They will rearrange failed deliveries to the wrong address. You will have to call those partner companies if you want your bed. You will wish you never used Bedstar...”

“It's not what I have expected, it keeps breaking on the edges on both sides every time I sit on it. And one of the screwes was missing so I had to figure out myself how to put it all together without wasting time for complains . Not worth the price.”

“I ordered a bed from this place, within 30 minutes i saw one on another website for cheaper, they would not price match as it was after i had already paid. They then said i would be charged a £54 courier charge, even then with this charge the other bed on the other website is STILL cheaper. The bed was sent back before being delivered, a week later they have still not refunded my money and are now telling me it will take 30 DAYS, to refund (it took them 2 days to take the payment but 30 days to give it back). So far i have payed over £300 pounds for something i do not have. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU WILL DEFINITELY FIND IT CHEAPER ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!! I WISH SOMEONE WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THIS BEFORE I ORDERED. from: Honest reviewer”

“Triple bunk beds are very sturdy, my daughter loves them. Definitely recommend. Delivery was a slight problem that the delivery company never phoned to arrange delivery and they just turned up! Luckily I was in but wasn't prepared for the delivery to my chosen room so I had to get the delivery men to take them into the back garden then my husband carried them in later. Triple bunk beds are just what we needed if it wasn't for delivery, we would have scored 5 stars.”
