“Bed was delivered promptly and in good condition”

“the mattress was delivered on time. I was sent an text a day before to confirm the tday and time of delivery , and also two email confirming my payment. , I contacted customer services to double check the day and time they were very polite , The mattress was delivered by three men two carrying the mattress. And one holding the handheld computer for me to sign , the mattress is covered in two thick plastic protectors. Which took a pair of scissors to open it , I ordered the super king mattress firm. , I don't think I could have got a better price anywhere else. , it is well made and very comforble to sleep on , some firm beds are too firm and hard. But this one has a balance. Of firm and soft on top were you lay so it does not feel like your laying on cardboard if that makes sense , I would have to recommend. This seller I am truly happy with my purchase”

“The mattress arrived in a plastic wrapper that was wet and covered in dirt. Once removed we found the mattress was also dirty as the plastic was split. The mattress had been folded when transported so the springs were bent. The boxes that contained the bed frame were damaged and the instructions were not clear. Very disappointed.”

“DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed my initial order at the beginning of December 2015. It is now March 2016 and I am still awaiting for my refund to be paid. They part paid my refund after constantly chasing them for 7 weeks!! When they finally refunded my money, it was £42 short. I am still chasing them for this additional amount of money. No-one answers the phone, no-one replies to your emails, no-one responds to the voicemails you leave. Customer service is absolutely appalling.”

“My Fiancé brought me this lovely day bed to make more room in my room but still the option to have a full sized bed. May I add the bed turns out to be huge (well it seems huge) and with a good quality mattress makes for the best night sleep ever. Easy enough to build and the quality is on point (maybe just a touch more antique brass looking than the light brass in the photo, due to lighting?) but actually just what I wanted. Makes for a good looking Sofa in the day with loads of cushions. All in all I am Pleased with this day bed after hours and hours of looking and being unsuccessful I found this one, Being out of stock on so many websites 'Bedstar' props up and Was ordered The Tuesday and was delivered First thing on the Thursday that week. This was a week before christmas and I take my hat off to the service/delivery of Bedstar. One of the best online shopping experiences of our online shopping history. Having had hassle with being sold a bed prior to this company and there never was a bed in the first place so was let down I can safely say the boy did good and we both were happier because of Bedstar. The hassle free order and just the general quality of the purchase does give you hope for the future. I would definitely aim the 5 stars not only at this product but the company selling the product. Thank you so much and will definitely recommend you to friends/family and anybody who reads online reviews. I haven't written many reviews over the years but this company definitely deserved one and for future customers.”

“Lovely bed, it's much higher than I had imagined. Went over my budget to buy, but so worth it. It arrived quickly and two nice young men carried it upstairs. Would definitely recommend this bed and bedstar to a friend. It's so comfortable I don't have so many aches and pains in the morning. The drawers are well worth the extra expense. Plenty of room for the bed linen with space to hide presents”

“Ordered a new bed, mattress and headboard at a cost of almost £500 for next day delivery. Next day a bed is delivered - the be delivered was wrong and half the price of the bed ordered, and missing the headboard. Customer services arranged for re-delivery of the correct bed and collection of the wrong one. Another delivery, another wrong bed. Customer services again tried to resolve and the same again. 3 attempts and 10 days after supposed next day delivery we still do not have the correct bed ordered. Having now wasted 3 days holiday entitlement at work I've had enough and have sent the 3rd incorrect bed back for a FULL and COMPLETE refund. I will never return to this company and suggest everybody else also avoid any trade with them.”

“Ideal guest bed.Comfortable.Used downstairs for a week at Christmas by achy 91 year old who can no longer use stairs.With a throw and cushions on during the day, became very acceptable occasional extra seating for large family.”

“Paid for Saturday delivery and they only delivered headboard on Saturday, didnt deliver rest of bed till Tuesday and when they did it was the wrong bed. Im nearly 9 months pregnant and diabetic and they are refusing to collect and replace unless I prove to them they sent the wrong bed even though it has NO draws and my invoice states I ordered with draws. Rude and unhelpful staff. So now I cant get out my passage as I have a big pregnant belly and the bed is causing health and safety issues sitting there. Worst £500 I have ever spent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a disgrace.”

“The ordering and delivery process were excellent. The team delivering the bed communicated well and on arrival quickly organised the removal of old bed and placement of new bed. All packaging removed and taken away. I have used Bedstar before and would again without hesitation.”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I bought a mattress with 1 day delivery option, after it didn't arrive on Monday I tried to reach someone through the phone - no response whole day so I left a message on a voice mail. As there was no call back I called them another time on Wednesday and a really rude woman told me that there were SOME PROBLEMS (o, rly?) with my order and it's already on its way and will be delivered today at 7pm. Of course nothing happened, I heard exactly the same thing on Thursday and guess what? Still nothing, Worst customer service ever, lie after lie. I hope they cancel orders faster than deliver items.”

“I ordered a 3ft memory foam mattress 20cm in depth. I received an 18 cm depth mattress, same make but NOT the mattress I ordered . telephoned Bedstar - no one answering the phones , eventually tried another number, very disinterested and unhelpful woman told me to fill in the online form and they would get back to me, did not want to know what my problem was . I cannot find any order number on this package. I'm very disappointed in this company, If you have a problem the response and service are just not good enough . Will not order again. Still trying to get through to someone .........”
