“I would have appreciated a call or text to tell me whether to expect a morning or afternoon delivery, and it would also have been nice if the delivery driver had delivered to the room, not just the doorstep! However, once I'd got all the boxes to the right room the bed was really easy to assemble. It took me (on my own) about an hour and a half - would've been quicker if I hadn't forgotten to put some of the washers on and had to start again! The bed looks ok and certainly feels sturdy. Best of all it's comfy, and that's the most important thing.”

“Bed arrived on scedule but one packaged was damaged resulting in scratches to wood beneath. Delivery driver was very helpful, took photos and told us to do same and how to contact bedstar. Replacement arrived very promptly and damaged goods were collected at a time we agreed. All round excellent service. Oh yes...and we love thebed!”

“Brilliant service. The bed and mattress were great quality, very reasonably priced and best of all delivered super fast. Many companies make you wait weeks for a new bed! Highly recommended!”

“We love the beds and are happy with our purchase. However our super king mattress didn't come with its base, or the other beds, and that took a few days to resolve. It was a huge inconvenience and no compensation was offered. Staff were helpful and friendly”

“Delivery was quick and efficient however the bed itself was very difficult to assemble due to not lining up properly and bolts not fitting also instructions very poorly written with poor diagrams”

“Whilst they had the bed I wanted in stock this is where service ended. It was delivered without labels, warranty, care instructions by an abusive courier who then went on to make slanderous statements in the street. Despite the fact that they were on the telephone at the time of the abuse they very much inclined to side with the courier. They also disclosed my personal data to third party without my agreement and then told me they could do nothing about it. I have used them before, twice, and all was good but seems to have gone right down the pan. Poor service and an insulting review of their couriers service, Panther Logistics, means this will be the very last. I have still not had my receipt either. Leave this business alone.”

“I just received this bed in the Monte Carlo Ivory and it is fabulous! The crushed velvet fabric gives a rich impression and the hydraulic mechanism is robust. The delivery was quick and hassel free. I reccomend this bed.”

“Do not touch this company - Very poor service, bed was delivered with parts missing, no screws or bolts, no manual...- packaging seemed old and previously opened. Needless to say I complained and asked for the bed to be collected and a refund. Then the fun started, they made the collection and refund process very difficult with numerous excuses. 1) After the defective bed was collected I was told I had to wait for 5 working days from the day of collection for it to be delivered to their ware house 2) Then I had to wait another 5 working days from when the bed was delivered to their ware house before they could process the refund. After over 15 days and quite a few email exchanges and record delivery letter, I was then told the refund was delayed due to a power cut. In summary it took about a whole month before my refund was processed. Very bad customer service - Take your money somewhere else”

“Smooth delivery, put the bed together with teenager it's their bed so thought they should do it. We put all the pieces out in a bed shape then assembled it, very easy to do all the bolts went in without any problems, common sense and logic meant that there was only one way it would fit. Very sturdy and nice looking bed.”

“Very well built and solid frame. Nice hard wearing fabric. Lovely design. Very unique and have not seen any other bed that looks this good. I chose the grey but would of gone for the green if it matched my room.”

“I order a bed from this company, and paid £15 delivery, part of the bed was delivered on time, but was missing part 3 of 3 or the delivery so was unable to use the bed, I rang bedstar and their answer was well it the weekend now so can't help basically, I spoke to the courier service and they said that they had only recieved the 2 parts for delivery. I did receive the rest of the bed on the following Tuesday. I had also requested that I have my delivery charge of £15 refunded as they had not met the delivery date they had agreed but have never had a response. They we're the cheapest price for the bed, but I have learnt a lesson here check reviews first and sometimes it is best to pay a little extra for a reliable service. I would not recommend this company.”

“Can't fault the service. Ordered a bed for delivery and then realised i wasn't going to be in, phined customer services and they swapped the date there and then, the mattress turned up when specified, good job all round.”

“My Partner and I recently bought a King size bed - Mattress, Divan and Headboard. We were really pleased with the quality of the bed and the excellent Customer Service Received from Bed Star staff, from ordering the bed to the efficient delivery, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Bed Star. Will definitely order further items in the future.”
