“Superb service from start to finish. Delivery details sent by phone and text excellent. Delivery guys very friendly and in and out with old bed in 5 minutes. Excellent. Have advised all i have met to use this company when the inevitable happens and goods need replacing”

“Absolute rubbish !! Waited 12 days for a mattress that never arrived, daily phone calls only to be told lie after lie. Bed star and Panther (delivery company) each blaming each other. Umpteen promises to return calls that never happened. A Customer Service that doesn’t speak to customers - only communicates via email !! One phone call ended with Rachel from Bedstar putting the phone down during a conversation. Do not part with your money ... still waiting for ours to be returned !! I am guessing that this review won’t make the public review platform”
