“Superb service from start to finish. Delivery details sent by phone and text excellent. Delivery guys very friendly and in and out with old bed in 5 minutes. Excellent. Have advised all i have met to use this company when the inevitable happens and goods need replacing”

“Fantastic company to deal with, you always know what is going on with your mattress right from when you order to when it is delivered. If I need to replace my spare bed or any other I will search on their web site first before I look anywhere else.”

“On line ordering very easy. Acknowledgement of order and delivery info very good. Delivery by two self employed guys who arrived by 8.00am from Bristol (40 miles) very good.. Nothing but praise for the whole process”

“Absolute rubbish !! Waited 12 days for a mattress that never arrived, daily phone calls only to be told lie after lie. Bed star and Panther (delivery company) each blaming each other. Umpteen promises to return calls that never happened. A Customer Service that doesn’t speak to customers - only communicates via email !! One phone call ended with Rachel from Bedstar putting the phone down during a conversation. Do not part with your money ... still waiting for ours to be returned !! I am guessing that this review won’t make the public review platform”

“The website is a good one, and has as much information on the product as you'd need. The pricing is very competitive. The purchasing procedure is nice and simple and there is a wide choice of delivery times available. You are kept up-to-date with the delivery by text/email.”
