I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Delivery came today with the headboard and half the base but the other half is still in the warehouse. Since when do you get a king-size, one-piece mattress to fit on half a king-size base! That's about as useful as a chocolate fireguard! Why would you deliver half a bed? I really cannot get my head around it. I refused the delivery and want a full refund!!!

they say nextday delivery but they dont do it and customer support is not good at all. no one contacts you to say whats going on

I'm sure once the entire bed is delivered it will be fine, however, the delivery company and relationship between Bedstar and Panther is awful. Headboard and one part of the base were delivered late yesterday, the delivery guys stated the missing base had been scanned in at the depot but not loaded onto the van. As it was delivered over an hour late the Bedstar offices had shut so I email both Panther and Bedstar. Bedstar call me just after they open today to say it cannot be delivered today because all the vans have been loaded (with what, who knows) and left for the day. Request a 9am or 4pm delivery time for tomorrow and say its not possible as it's an all day slot. Request it's booked for tomorrow and if I'm in I'm in, if not they'll have to come back. I'm told if it's a failed delivery (like Panther failed to deliver the entire order yesterday!) I'll be charged £25. Eventually I agree so there's at least a possibility of having the bed soon. Because of where we live I am expecting it to be delivered early evening tomorrow, obviously outside of any stated time (whatever outside of "all day" is). Our old bed has been removed, furniture rearranged to accommodate the impending new bed. Now we're just left with furniture in the way and a mattress on the floor. I have not paid Panther to deliver my goods, I do not have a contractual agreement with them. Bedstar really need to get Panther in line, after all they are the customer and Panther are falling well short. For the sake of your sanity, avoid Bedstar and take your well earned money elsewhere to more professional companies who value their customers and stand up for them with THEIR suppliers.

Ordered a bed to be delivered two weeks before we needed it . So they had plenty of time to arrange it all. On day of delivery being a double 4/6ft divan it should have been two bases and a mattress . Delivery date came bed arrived but minus one base. As it was Friday we were told base had been sent to another part of the country and we would not get it till Monday . Both my husband and I in our seventies spent 5 nights on the floor Monday came no base was told Tuesday delivery it did arrive. My daughter and I tried for two months to get some sort of compensation . They offered £25 that is £2.50 each per night on the floor we declined .They offered two luxury pillows as compensation . Well these luxury pillows arrive ,they were not even the same size. I would not let my next doors dog have them . Took photos of them .we were told it was not their fault but panther delivery so try and get compensation .this company only offer £25 . If I would most definitely NOT recommend this company .BE WARNED

I ordered two divans and two headboards and paid for next day delivery. The two divans and one headboard arrived 3daysnlate one headboard was missing. Both divans were damaged draws on both divans Damaged. Continually rang regarding this order eventually two draws were replaced the headboard arrived. The base of the divan was never collected and the compensation of £20 to keel the divan base never came. I had to have these divans urgently total disaster,

AVOID. Staff are very rude when you call them, and very unhelpful. You will only get excuses not answers. They don't send everything tracked so do not believe what their website says. I have been sat in all day waiting for the last part to my delivery due to them sending each part through a different courier meaning i had 3 separate deliveries for the same order and my last part is still yet to come and there is no tracking information. I now have to sit here all evening incase the last part comes today, and if it doesnt come then please be aware even though you choose a date it doesn't mean they will post it in time for it to come on that day.

So it looked like I was going to be a lucky customer as bed was dispatched within the lead time..... However, on Saturday night at 7.30 pm only part of my bed arrived. I had arranged for my old bed to be removed so have since been sleeping on a mattress on the floor. It took me multiple calls on Monday morning to get through to them. I got through to a lady called Lisa who instantly reeled off a speech about needing to go online fill a form in and they would get back to me when they could. Obviously, I found this completely unreasonable as I had already slept on the floor for two nights and they have a customer service team. I have spent over a thousand pounds with this company and expected at least some service. Lisa was incredibly rude and kept talking over me. Apparently you can’t speak to a manger either. Eventually, she agreed that Rachel from customer services would come back to me straight away. Rachel was very nice and actually apologised and advised the rest of the delivery would arrive today.... Here I am this morning, with a message from the delivery company saying bedstar haven’t sent the rest of the bed to them and it won’t be delivered today. Bedstar have advised they have the other parts. It seems I have been well and truly fobbed off. This company doesn’t care about its customers, has terribly poor and outdated policies and I would recommend anyone thinking about purchasing from here to think twice. Here’s to another night sleeping on the floor! Thanks bedstar!

I places an order with bedstar. Did not hear about delivery date until 4 days after. got delivery date come thought, only to wait in on the set day and the bed did not turn up. I looked to the tracker for it to say item not going to be deliver today due capacity. I could not believe it, no phone call or even an email in the morning. In fact I had received an email night before saying it was coming. I think this is very unprofessional and bad customer service. My partner call bedstar straight away and after a wait a lady asked and had no idea as to why this had happen. She could not give us any reason at all, as she did not know herself. I email bedstar about this and this was the outcome. Colleagues from the depot tried to manually routed on an emergency van but this failed to. We tried our best to take the order out for delivery and that’s why we couldn’t let you know about failed delivery earlier on that day. I would not recommend bedstar.

Worst service that I have ever experienced; pease avoid this company at all costs. The customer services team will ignore you, and if you do manage to get a response, be prepared for zero help from them. The advisor that I eventually dealt with was rude and dismissive. If you are considering giving your hard earned cash over to this company, DON’T!!!

Purchased a bed and now unable to get in contact. Email sent, 5 phone calls made within business hours. No response for a week. Fake online retailer who has taken my payment without a product to be seen perhaps. Lesson learnt and would never use or recommend bedstar.

I left a review but cant see it published, so trying again. Really disappointed with the quality of mattress. I ordered Rimini Divan Bed and Mattress for my daughter. Her first big girl bed ! The springs are really sharp and you can feel them just with your hands, without putting any weight on it. When I reported this , I was told that this is expected with a low cost deal! I wouldn't have thought that £200 was bottom of the range and I dont think they woudl sell many of those if they were to advertise it as such : £200 deal that would garantee an uncomfortable sleep! I have had to buy a mattress topper for £60 (separately and not via Bedstar). Wont shop with them again. Delivery was efficient and delivery men on time and courteous.

Terrible experience with this company. They turned up to deliver the bed with only one section of the base and the headboard! When calling they advised the Mattress and remaining base section would be delivered for 2 weeks! Why would you not inform us of this massive error! No apology, no concern! I now have no bed for my daughter after disposing of the old one due to confirmed delivery! I would avoid!

Shocking Service Ordered my bed last week for delivery Thursday. They cancelled that due to problems at the depot, so re arranged for Friday. The update service was good for my delivery day. Sadly they were late and didn't phone, Then when the 2 chaps arrived they dropped the bed and headboard off asked for a signature then proceeded to leave. Where is my mattress I ask? It wasn't at the depot so we haven got it. No communication from themselves or Bedstar about this. I had guests coming to stay and no mattress. My mattress has been delivered 4 days later with no real apology. Such a shame because this company was recommended to me. Hopefully you will utilise all the complaints to better organise deliveries and customer service

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered a child’s bed 7 weeks ago. Was first told 2-3 weeks until it was in stock/delivered. Was happy to wait this long. Emailed them towards the end of this period to be told ‘not in stock yet’ and that it’d be another 3 weeks. They made no attempt to tell me this until I’d emailed them to ask when the bed was coming. Really unhelpful customer service people who just trotted out the same line: ‘once it’s in stock our logistics team will let you know delivery date’. Anyway, fast forward another 3 weeks and I email for an update the day before the expected ‘in stock’ date, again no attempt from them to contact me first. This time I’m told ‘sorry, not in stock, no idea when it will be’. I’m asked if I want to keep waiting, cancel or order something else. My daughter, who has been without a bed for several weeks, picks another bed and I see that it’s £40-50 cheaper on various other websites. So I ask bedstar to price match it (something that they mention they can do on their website). The answer is ‘no, so you’ll have to go elsewhere’ - considering we’d been messed around and left without a bed for 7 weeks you’d think the least they’d do would be to price match a bed - they’d clearly inflated the price of it anyway. Anyway we’ve since been elsewhere and, lo and behold, 3 days later my daughter has a lovely new bed which was £50 cheaper than bedstar. Honestly the worst company ever, customer services are like they’re from the dark ages and have no clue. If I hadn’t emailed them each time for progress updates I doubt I’d have ever heard from them, it’s almost like they’d forgotten my order or something. I have a feeling it’s a one-man-and-his-dog type operation as they are totally unprofessional and clueless. Now they are dragging their heels on getting my deposit refunded. Unfortunately this means more emails to their inept customer services. I wish I’d read reviews before I’d ordered as I can see that many people have had issues with them. Never again!

Terrible.... I attempted to place an order on screen information was order within the next hour for next day delivery. At checkout instead if Friday i was given Tuesday. (Bank Holiday Mon) rang to ask why and told too many deliveries. Paid an additional £30 making total £45 for single bed base and headboard for Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery came minus the headboard! So I paid £45 for single bed base delivery. Emailed and phoned requesting refund of additional Saturday fee as not complete order/ inconvenience of waiting until probably thurs/friday following week for delivery and been told refund of £15 would be given. If they mess up the delivery for whatever reason they should not expect to receive inflated delivery charges. FIRST AND LAST TIME USING THIS FIRM FOR ME.

Woeful customer service. Driver called to say he had one half of a double and one half of a single divan so wouldn’t deliver. Customer services (who do not answer the phone after 11 calls which drop to “there is no one at this extension “) advise that the driver was wrong and “had been told off”. They then state that as Delivery had been attempted they would charge a redelivery fee but couldn’t confirm when it would be redelivered. They then insist it could have been delivered that day but up until 8pm outside of the 7am-7pm window in their Ts&Cs. Order cancelled by reply to the order confirmation email (a published and monitored account). They then claim that they can’t acknowledge the cancellation as it wasn’t to their customer service email. Re-ordered from a competitor who delivered in under 14 hours with good communication and excellent service throughout. Awful service. Avoid. Entire issue caused by their driver and customer service team.
