Didn't deliver Friday due to 'computers being down', didn't deliver Saturday due to 'vehicle breakdown'. This bed was for my holiday home. I am there Friday, Saturday and Sunday and after 2 nights on the sofa I left early!! Delivered the wrong bed the following Friday - I paid for a 4 drawer but received a 2 drawer. It is now the following Monday - 3 weeks later - and they have just tried to deliver. I AM NOT THERE ON MONDAY'S! So, still not got the proper bed and still no idea when it will be coming!!! Rebooked for 31st August 5 WEEKS after purchase!! Shocking company, rotten customer service and foreign delivery drivers that have absolutely NO IDEA what you are saying to them!

Ordered a bed over a week ago and heard nothing about delivery. Tried to call them 18 times and can't get through just get a message saying they are busy and try again later and then hang up on me Starting to wonder if this is a real business?

wrong deliver day late, on top of that no fixtures and fittings in box so bed us useless. No one has bothered to respond or pick up phone to get this sorted. Disgusting!!! I am sleeping on floor for over a week now! I want this sorted.

The worst company - my whole interaction with them was an unending saga of incompetence. Only 4 out of 6 packages arrived - I had to chase the company about the last two (no-one contacted me to say that only 4/6 were ready or when the other two would come). One of the undelivered parcels was sent to my billing address, not my delivery address. Among the items I ordered were a mattress and a bedframe. The wrong size mattress was sent and the wrong colour bedframe. I then asked to return the bedframe and mattress that had been delivered and receive a refund, but instead, a second mattress appeared outside my front door when I got home from work one day. The mattresses and the bedframe had to be picked up by two different couriers. Despite asking for them to be picked up on a Thursday, at the last minute (and when I had already taken Thursday off from work), they told me that the couriers could only come on Friday. On Friday, the mattress courier apparently couldn't get into my property and call me - but I didn't receive a call and was in the property the whole day. The bedframe courier came hours after his estimated pick up slot. I have been home the whole of today - yet another day off work - waiting for the mattresses to be collected. They have yet to come, even though their estimated delivery slot is over. Apparently if they miss me today, I will have to pay for them to come again. This whole thing has been going on for two weeks now, during which I have been sleeping on the floor (moved into a new flat and don't have any furniture - waiting for the refund to get a new bed) and missed work on four occasions (including the original delivery). The mattress was from Visco therapy and the bedframe was a Birlea Rio. AVOID this retalier and do it the old fashioned way by going to a bed shop.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! STILL WAITING FOR BED AFTER 2 FAILED DELIVERIES! CAN'T GET MONEY BACK. GOING TO TRADING STANDARDS!

We ordered a bed during the assembling process we found out it's was bent. We sent pictures of it to your customer service and they denied that it was faulty. They also said because we opened and assembled the bed we were not in title to get a refund. Absolutely unacceptable.

Bed frame was just slightly too big for intended space, so as it was effectively still brand new with original box, asked for a swap / upgrade and offered to pay difference. Customer service consists of filling out a form. After filling out form Bedstar point blank refused to take back or swap bedframe. To make matters worse, the contact phone number is a premium rate number so I now have a nice hefty mobile bill to rub salt in the wound.

AVOID - Please please read the reviews on places like Trust Pilot. This is a cowboy outfit. I had to chase for my refund via Paypal as apparently the item was out of stock. I was fobbed off by a women saying my refund had been processed and low and behold never materialised. Seriously, avoid as there are loads of other reviews that state the same. Customer Service is terrible. I have also reported them to Trading Standards before someone loses serious money

Product quality is awful, really cheaply made. The divan base arrived with nails sticking out of it and the drawer would not slide in or out because the woodwork was so poorly finished. Bedstar arranged an exchange, which also arrived with nails sticking out of it and because we needed to use the bed that night we accepted it and banged all the nails into it to make it safe. The fabric covering is so thin you can see straight through it - so extra care is required to avoid tearing it. Panther is the courier service which is efficient. However, we have wasted a total of three days waiting around for bed delivery. Despite a recent review to the contrary, the drivers will not unpack the bed, which arrived covered in layers of very thick plastic which was absolutely filthy and made dirty marks on carpets and walls. Customer service was poor and I would emphasise that I definitely do not recommend this company and would advise anyone considering buying from them to steer clear. The mattress is OK but nothing special - just a lump of foam under a zipped cover - certainly nothing at all like the Eve mattress we recently bought.

Absolute rubbish !! Waited 12 days for a mattress that never arrived, daily phone calls only to be told lie after lie. Bed star and Panther (delivery company) each blaming each other. Umpteen promises to return calls that never happened. A Customer Service that doesn’t speak to customers - only communicates via email !! One phone call ended with Rachel from Bedstar putting the phone down during a conversation. Do not part with your money ... still waiting for ours to be returned !! I am guessing that this review won’t make the public review platform

Ordered a bed and mattress which was delivered via Panther Logistics. The Panther delivery driver failed to make sufficient sound when delivering so we didn't hear them or get the bed (seriously, I had waited in all afternoon and was sat in a near-silent house). When I phoned Bedstar, instead of hearing me out and understanding that these things happen, all I received was a defensive, aggressive, repeated claim that I wasn't in (I was) and that I had to pay either £47 for redelivery or £65 to cancel. In the end I cancelled as I refused to give them my custom. I then had to wait a month (A MONTH!) to get the rest of my money back. The failed delivery wasn’t their fault, and perhaps I could have done more (sat looking out the window?!), but it was Bedstar’s attitude that I couldn’t believe. The worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I ordered a bed weeks ago. I had not received any notice of delivery. When made enquiries about it, I was told I to pay an additional £30 to have it delivered by the next week. I paid and was then told the bed would be delivered at noon today. Now over three weeks later, only PART OF THE BED was delivered five hours late. Have since read other review which expose them as scams! Will report to Trading standards.

I ordered a bed and a mattress and paid for extra Saturday delivery. The bed delivery never happened, the mattress has been sent via UPS which doesn't deliver on Saturdays. I requested refund and they charged me extra for return delivery. I lost almost 100 quid. There is more reviews about failed deliveries. This is a scam and must be a very profitable one if Bedstar are not interested in fixing the problem and improving customer experience.

Waited all day for delivery 7am-1900 no tracking available, emailed xdp no reply. Not updated of any issues. Bedstar office now closed. I have emailed them which they state to reply to within 24-48 hrs. They shouldn’t give delivery days if they cannot honour them.

I would never recommend this company. I ordered 2 single beds in January and was kept waiting until March to find out when they would be delivered due to being out of stock. I had no communication from Bedstar during this time - I had to constantly contact them for information regarding the delivery. After waiting 3 months, I was then told the order would not be in stock until May. I could not wait any longer, so I requested a refund. Unless the bed is in stock, don`t bother ordering!

The bed supplied was astonishing bad quality. I paid £345, all the castors broke on the first use, the mattress actually bruised my Mother overnight and left a large crease in the mattress on first use. I contacted the company and communication hasn’t been bad, but because the bed had been stored a few months before use (we were moving) they would only replace castors despite me stating the bed wasn’t fit for purpose. I would never buy a product from them again. The worst quality I have ever seen I think.

Avoid this company poor delivery and customer service! I ordered a bed however had to chase up the delivery and was told it was out of stock. Bedstar contacted me to pick a suitable day in which i made special arrangements to be in all day and take the day off work. The delivery never arrived and i did not recieve any contact to say there would be a delay. I was charged £6 in mobile costs chasing up the delivery the next morning. I then had to make further arrangements which was an inconvenience and wait in again. I have tried about 5 times to ask for the £15 delivery to be refunded and it has been refused!!

They refused to help with scheduling a delivery to help a sick and elderly person. They delivered broken goods, they refused to replace the goods, they have not returned my money. Go elsewhere, these people are rude, unkind and dishonest. One staff member even to,d me thatvall beds are made specifically to order so they couldn’t replace the bed! What nonsense!

I ordered a bed and it was sent in the wrong colour. I ordered grey they sent me silver. They will not admit it. The quality is very poor as well which I could put up with this due to the very cheap price. However, as they will not exchange for the colour I ordered I am returning but I am being charged £47 to do this. I have already paid £15. The customer service is extremely poor. I would not deal with them again.
