Bedstar advertised a frame as SPRUNG. It was not. It was solid. They have since changed their fraudulent advert. They offered to take it back, but only if we provided for, and provided new packing for this. Oh, and by the way, - we would be charged EXTRA because the 'bundle', including base and mattress was no longer a 'bundle'. A bunch of defrauding crooks. AVOID THIS FIRM. BUY ELSEWHERE.

The bed didn't arrive. We had to call to find out what was going on. It then arrived the next day but damaged. The company kept telling us we had to wait for their supplier to get in contact with them about a refund/replacement/collect of the broken bed. 4 days later and still no response about a refund. It is now over a week since our new bed should have been here and we have had to buy from another company. Contacting the credit card company to get a refund as bed star are not interested in refunding us for damaged goods. Very poor service and will never use again.

Worst customer service ever! failed to deliver goods as ordered paid extra for saturday delivery waited in all day failed to delivery. Unable to contact not open saturdays!! telephoned monday to be told they failed to let the distributor know it was a saturday deliver. asked for refund informed would take 14 DAYS, absolutely appalling. WOULD RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE

Ordered a Serene Mya Oak framed double size bed. Delivered 2 parts and the sprung slatted base was missing. Spoke to customer service and a friendly lady offered to look into it and she did call back. However when the missing base arrived it was King Size and Black. Phoned again and another lady just told me to write an email together with a picture of the incorrect delivery. Few days later another delivery arrived but this time is was for a standard slatted base and not sprung as I had ordered. I didn't accept it from the courier and returned it. I called Bedstar again to inform them of the incorrect delivery. Well blow my mind, today the same parcel was returned, packaging slightly damaged by now, and with writing in RED on it "Rong Parcel". This is just beyond belief and I regret having ordered a bed from them.

Worst internet shopping experience I have ever had. Failed to deliver first 4 times, delivered half a bed on the 5th occasion, which then turned out to be smashed and covered in diamantes which was not as ordered.Now have final part of bed but no response as to what they are doing re breakages and STILL no buttons which I have to change myself. their response was 'you can do it or wait in another 5 days'. Their customer service dept is totally shocking.They will never return calls, answer emails or chase anything. When you do speak to them, their attitude is totally terrible.Avoid this company at all costs.

Dealing with Bedstar's customer service is similar to stubbing your toe while simultaneously bumping your head, spilling boiling water on your body and getting your genitals bitten by a snake. Would recommend it to anyone looking to lose his mind or too happy with his current life and looking to instigate suicidal tendencies. Well done for being the best at the being the absolute worst. If Donald Trump had a child Duterte, and Mussolini had a child with Pol Pot, and those two children also had children... that spawn of the devil would be your customer service. -10/10, avoid like the plague PS I have left a number of comments on their facebook page (Max F, you'll find me easily). If you believe this is a biased review trust me its not. Get in touch with me on facebook I will happily answer all your questions on how moronic my interaction was.

I never complain online. However I really feel this company is a con. I ordered my bed and mattress under their next day delivery advertisement. I received no delivery conformation from them and had to call their office. The customer service representative (While very friendly) told me my delivery would be with me the next day and even gave me a time slot. I waited all day and nothing arrived. I called back and was told it was still on the way and the driver must be delayed. My order never arrived. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Not received my bed that was due yesterday not heard anything from the company to explain why. Courier company after I chased several times have advised me that a box was missing!

My initial bed was a single divan.. the mattress was shocking... I contacted customer service,and they were brilliant (a very good service).. I chose a different mattress which I decided to pay a little extra for. So this mattress would cost £175.. which is also terrible.. I will unfortunately never use bedstar again...

The divan bed and headboard looked nice but the mattress has caused back problems for myself and my partner -poor quality for the price! The company have not been of any help in regards to sorting the issue.

It was not in stock, but on the website as it was available. after one week the written, there is no bed frame. I never would use again

Ordered for next day delivery - mattresses came three days later but you did inform me. Actual bed frames were scheduled for a 6 days later waited in for the three hour time slot but they didn't appear. I am still waiting. Your response when I said I could have been informed if the delivery was delayed as I had waited in was to tell me not to be rude. Shocking service.

Ordered a real leather bed, to find out a few years later its really 'bonded leather' and the whole bed is starting to peel like a bad paint job.

I have never come across such a poor company. I had an appalling experience with the couriers whose customer service was rude and unhelpful and they made several mistakes delivering which cost me 2 days leave. When the bed did arrive the bed feet did not arrive with it. Ive sent countless emails and made countless phonecalls and it still has not been sorted. I am trying to call now as it happens and no one is answering the phone. This is not the first time I cant even speak to someone regarding my missing bed feet. I ordered the bed start of November and almost 2 months on I'm still stressed and frustrated trying to get bedstar to fulfil my order. I have already warned my family and friends never to use bedstar and I only wish I had not. All in all it is a pity because the bits of bed that did arrive I am really pleased with its the service that is the problem not the product,

Ordered a divan bed and mattress, you sent the wrong base (half a 4'6" base) to fit the mattress. EXTREMELY rude customer service person did nothing to help and just kept insisting on "photographs" to "prove it" and acted like I was a liar. Now a 3 year old could work out that a 3ft mattress does NOT fit on half a 4'6" base. Why would you send these two together as a "set" - Not rocket science is it ?

Everything!! poor quality goods. However all boxes came very badly damaged and headboard of the bed was badly damaged. so asked for this to be replaced. Customer service ok but couldn't organise for replacement adequately. Delivery and collections (several attempts) didn't happen. Eventually I finally got them to take the faulty item back and requested refund to be charged £30 for the pleasure of substandard service for a item not fit for purpose, their reason for this is that they consider that I have refused delivery of a replacement item. The reason being that eventually after missing 2 appointment slots the delivery arrived 2.5 hrs late when it was pitch black and I was in a state of undress. The delivery driver did not have time to wait for me to get dressed and check the item (in the dark) so I told him to take it back to the supplier as I had previously requested a refund anyway due to the poor service. BEDSTAR consider this to be a refusal to accept, so they charged me £30. I believe this to be against trading standard rules so I have reported them to Trading Standards. Beware had the exchange of the headboard gone to plan, I was instructed that I was responsible for getting rid of the damaged headboard. To do this I would have had to hire a van due to the size of the headboard which I also feel is unacceptable. I find this tantamount to fly tipping.

I'm still waiting for my delivery that was due last Wednesday afternoon. It's almost impossible to get through on the phones and when I have, I've been told to ring sales, not deliveries, they then tell me this is incorrect and to ring deliveries!! Shambles!! I'm very unhappy and still waiting for my delivery - no body has emailed me or rang me back.
