My item was damaged upon delivery and when I called to get an exchange they said I have to send through a form with pictures and the supplier will determine which parts need to be replaced. I have said I am not happy with that as my daughter is without a bed and I am sending it back for a full refund and ordering from somewhere else. I find the return policy ridiculous and not acceptable at all. The staff are not sympathetic at all either. I do not recommend Bedstar Ltd AT ALL !!! If i do not get a full refund I will be contacting the Trading Standard Commission .

Placed order a month and a half before I needed delivery, received an email (not even the courtesy of a phone call) the working day before delivery was due to say bed had been discontinued (they'd only placed the order the working day before delivery, despite taking my money a month and a half earlier). I've been trying to get my money back ever since (well over two weeks now). Voicemails and emails went unanswered. When I finally got through today they tell me they will process payment today. What's been the delay? I will believe it when I see it. On a side issue, I used Topcashback when I made the purchase and the cashback didn't register, so I suspect they're not exactly forthcoming with that either (had logged with Topcashback, so far they've not had a response from Bedstar). Appalling.

Purchased an ottoman double bed and 3 mattresses. Gave details for delivery to new house for a Friday delivery, requesting afternoon. Failed delivery. Bedstar had recorded the email address and both the mobile numbers wrongly. They had called in the morning without any warning, regardless of website stating two calls would be made in advance. Would not re deliver until the Monday and required a redelivery charge.no beds for 3 days and charged for Bedstar admin errors!

Offered "select your delivery day" option at point of sale. I did not receive the promised phone call to arrange a delivery slot before the day of delivery (or any communication on day of delivery either!). Had to call Bedstar, who could not help and simply said it would be delivered the next day. Eventually got hold of the courier service who point blank refused to deliver on the day agreed. Was promised a call back by both Bedstar and TMs logistics, neither have called back. Shocking service, the promises made at point of sale were simply not met, and no one even attempted to arrange a delivery slot ahead of the promised delivery date. Bedstar seem uninterested in resolving the issue and getting my bed to me on agreed date. Will update if any change, but at this stage advise is very much avoid Bedstar, they appear to be happy to take your money with promises of next day delivery but have no intention of honouring these point of sale agreements. Stay well away - this is a dishonest company with no integrity who refuse to honour commitments made to customers!

Failed to fulfil order after 3 unsuccessful attempts at delivery. Wasted holiday entitlement to wait for deliveries and incurred telephone costs of almost £20 for the number of times we had to call customer services from our mobile. To top it off the company held back my payment for almost a month making it impossible for me to budget for a bed from an alternative company. Ordering seemed quick and straight forward but fulfilment is a joke!

Delivery date got mixed up as the item was sent to the wrong deport. Organised for a re delivery but only 2 of 3 boxes arrived and was unable to assemble the bed during the cold snap. Being unsatisfied with the item, we organised for it to be returned and ordered another bed instead. Bedstar organised for the returned item to be picked up but the van was too full and left without loading the item. It was an absolutely nightmare to get it returned in the end. The reordered bed was marked as "exclusive to Bedstar" but once it arrived, we quickly realised that it was labelled as something else and it wasn't exclusive at all as it was available at a number of other online retailers for $39 cheaper! Also, I had to make numerous number of calls to Bedstar to organise for the delivery /redelivery and it end up costing me a fortune for dialing Bedstar's 03 number, whilst spending a lot of time being put onhold. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience with Bedstar which cost us a lot of sleepness nights and money.

The mattress arrived in a plastic wrapper that was wet and covered in dirt. Once removed we found the mattress was also dirty as the plastic was split. The mattress had been folded when transported so the springs were bent. The boxes that contained the bed frame were damaged and the instructions were not clear. Very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed my initial order at the beginning of December 2015. It is now March 2016 and I am still awaiting for my refund to be paid. They part paid my refund after constantly chasing them for 7 weeks!! When they finally refunded my money, it was £42 short. I am still chasing them for this additional amount of money. No-one answers the phone, no-one replies to your emails, no-one responds to the voicemails you leave. Customer service is absolutely appalling.

Ordered a new bed, mattress and headboard at a cost of almost £500 for next day delivery. Next day a bed is delivered - the be delivered was wrong and half the price of the bed ordered, and missing the headboard. Customer services arranged for re-delivery of the correct bed and collection of the wrong one. Another delivery, another wrong bed. Customer services again tried to resolve and the same again. 3 attempts and 10 days after supposed next day delivery we still do not have the correct bed ordered. Having now wasted 3 days holiday entitlement at work I've had enough and have sent the 3rd incorrect bed back for a FULL and COMPLETE refund. I will never return to this company and suggest everybody else also avoid any trade with them.

Paid for Saturday delivery and they only delivered headboard on Saturday, didnt deliver rest of bed till Tuesday and when they did it was the wrong bed. Im nearly 9 months pregnant and diabetic and they are refusing to collect and replace unless I prove to them they sent the wrong bed even though it has NO draws and my invoice states I ordered with draws. Rude and unhelpful staff. So now I cant get out my passage as I have a big pregnant belly and the bed is causing health and safety issues sitting there. Worst £500 I have ever spent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a disgrace.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I bought a mattress with 1 day delivery option, after it didn't arrive on Monday I tried to reach someone through the phone - no response whole day so I left a message on a voice mail. As there was no call back I called them another time on Wednesday and a really rude woman told me that there were SOME PROBLEMS (o, rly?) with my order and it's already on its way and will be delivered today at 7pm. Of course nothing happened, I heard exactly the same thing on Thursday and guess what? Still nothing, Worst customer service ever, lie after lie. I hope they cancel orders faster than deliver items.

I ordered a 3ft memory foam mattress 20cm in depth. I received an 18 cm depth mattress, same make but NOT the mattress I ordered . telephoned Bedstar - no one answering the phones , eventually tried another number, very disinterested and unhelpful woman told me to fill in the online form and they would get back to me, did not want to know what my problem was . I cannot find any order number on this package. I'm very disappointed in this company, If you have a problem the response and service are just not good enough . Will not order again. Still trying to get through to someone .........

Appalling customer service! Delivered the wrong size bed - 4 ft instead of 4 ft 6 - and we didn't realise until we put the bed up and the mattress didn't fit. On contacting the company, I was told to fill in an online customer support form including photos proving the wrong size. Then and only then did they arrange to deliver the correct bed. They also asked me to re-package the wrong bed in it's original packaging - not easy when we had to cut it off as it was stapled together so we need to use lots of sticky tape. They also mentioned that if I was not in the house at the pre-arranged time to collect the wrong bed, I may be charged £46!!!!! So then we had to take the bed down, and then erect the correct sized bed. Counting the time I spent on the phone, the emails I sent, the time spent putting up and taking down the bed and re-packaging it, and then putting up the correct bed - I spent at least 8 hours of my time dealing with this issue! There was no offer of money off my order as compensation - when I asked about compensation, I was offered 5% of a future order!!!!!!! Derisory doesn't cover it. I spent £180 on the bed so if I bought another one, that offer is equal to £9!!! The actual bed frame as some nicks in the woodwork, and some of the pre-drilled holes didn't quite match up. My advice? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if like me you have expectation of proper customer service.

Very poor service. Purchased a bed frame with next day delivery and waited. Sales confirmation was quick (obviously computer generated) shame about everything else. According to my email I was supposed to recieve another email with delivery information, I'm still waiting. I called Bedstar the next day to enquire about delivery times to be told that no order had been dispatched and that due to Christmas deliveries I would have to wait until the following day. Next day came and no delivery, I called on day 4 to ask what the hold up was and I was then told that my item was being delivered that day but only 2 of the 3 parcels.... The other Bedstar explained was lost. I waited another 4 days for delivery of part 3 so all in all 8 days for next day delivery! When calling all you are told is its not our fault, please see t&c's. Never will I use Bedstaruk again. Very poor indeed!!

Stayed in all day. Hauled the old mattress down two flights of stairs to help the delivery people. Delivery man knocked then disappeared and didn't return. I have had to chase everyone to find out what happened. Delivery company won't schedule to suit me so now asking for refund. I work hard all year for my holiday and don't want to spend it waiting in for deliveries. You'd think people would try harder to rectify their mistakes. That's what real customer service is, not saturation your Twitter feed with five star reviews.

I bought the bedframe on the 12th of November believing that by two weeks the bed should arrive. How silly was I! I telephoned on the 01/12/15 to clarify where my order was and obtain an estimated time for delivery. I was told that the bed would be here by Wednesday then be sent out to couriers for delivery. Bed should be with me by Friday no later than Monday. 08/12/15 still no bedframe, email sent to bestar. Bedstar have stated that the bed should be in by Thursday/Friday!!! then be sent to the couriers. I am not holding much hope out to be honest. I will most likely cancel my order. I have never come across such a badly organised company. Who seem to have zero customer care in mind. Please do not buy from this company. I have found the whole experience quite distressing.
