Awful service. Do not expect your 'next day delivery' to arrive any more than 3 failed attempts and 3 weeks later.... They rely on customers calling to find out the delivery has failed. They will be laugh to you. They will blame all problems on their partner companies. They will rearrange failed deliveries to the wrong address. You will have to call those partner companies if you want your bed. You will wish you never used Bedstar...

Delivery did not arrive during the scheduled window, customer service agent I informed about the situation was rude and unhelpful.

It's not what I have expected, it keeps breaking on the edges on both sides every time I sit on it. And one of the screwes was missing so I had to figure out myself how to put it all together without wasting time for complains . Not worth the price.

I ordered a bed from this place, within 30 minutes i saw one on another website for cheaper, they would not price match as it was after i had already paid. They then said i would be charged a £54 courier charge, even then with this charge the other bed on the other website is STILL cheaper. The bed was sent back before being delivered, a week later they have still not refunded my money and are now telling me it will take 30 DAYS, to refund (it took them 2 days to take the payment but 30 days to give it back). So far i have payed over £300 pounds for something i do not have. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU WILL DEFINITELY FIND IT CHEAPER ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!! I WISH SOMEONE WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THIS BEFORE I ORDERED. from: Honest reviewer

Bed arrived damaged, although we didn't find this out until we came to unpack it later in the afternoon. Contacted customer services who said we had to fill in an online form which we did. We have now been chasing for over 2 weeks and we still have no idea what is going to be done. Very disappointed that we have an expensive bed that we are unable to use, and no idea of when it will be sorted.

AVOID at all costs and spend your money elsewhere. I would give them no stars if possible. Bed delivered 4 months ago with no instructions, damaged in several places and delivery men ruined my hall, stair and bedroom carpet. 4 months on... STILL trying to get it sorted. Appalling customer service and sincerely shocked that a retailer can operate in this way.

Having ordered and paid for my beds, they failed to arrive on the 13th August as arranged.The lady on the delivery desk was as helpful as she could be but 1 of 7 packages had been sent elsewhere. I discovered this after 2 if not 3 phone calls to your centre. I arranged for them to be delivered the following Thurs 20th August. As we had to return to Birmingham on the 13th having made a special journey to receive it and put it together before our move on the 20th. I received a phone call on the 14th from a delivery man who was trying to deliver them when I had explained that we would not be there. They arrived today 20th August the delivery man was unhelpful - when asked if he could help my 78 year old husband carry them upstairs, he replied - no am not insured. We opened the packages and there is only one page listing parts and giving instructions for the top bed only. There are no instructions for the bottom bed. We will be ringing tomorrow to ask for the missing instructions. WE ARE NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF YOUR SERVICE OR THE FIRM YOU USE TO DELIVER YOUR GOODS - WE FEEL SOME RECOMPENSE SHOULD BE MADE FOR OUR WASTED JOURNEY OF 168 MILES ROUND TRIP AND THE INCOMPLETE INSTRUSCTIONS. WE ARE STILL NOT ABLE TO USE THE BEDS. WE ARE UNLIKELY TO USE OR RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.

Do not touch this company - Very poor service, bed was delivered with parts missing, no screws or bolts, no manual...- packaging seemed old and previously opened. Needless to say I complained and asked for the bed to be collected and a refund. Then the fun started, they made the collection and refund process very difficult with numerous excuses. 1) After the defective bed was collected I was told I had to wait for 5 working days from the day of collection for it to be delivered to their ware house 2) Then I had to wait another 5 working days from when the bed was delivered to their ware house before they could process the refund. After over 15 days and quite a few email exchanges and record delivery letter, I was then told the refund was delayed due to a power cut. In summary it took about a whole month before my refund was processed. Very bad customer service - Take your money somewhere else

Just received a charge in my credit card for over £ 800. Considering I have neither ordered anything or even heard of this company, I can only guess they are crooks, to say the least

Awful - sent a bed which was a different colour to the image on the website and tried to claim they could do that and nothing I could do, in addition mattress was dirty and damaged!! Awful customer service and refused refund!! Ended up claiming a refund through my credit card company! AVOID - AVOID

Delivered dirty mattress with bed which was immediately reported. Demanding £46 charge for sending a replacement. Now fighting to get them to fulfil their legal duties. Very dodgy company please do not use.

Ordered a triple sleeper bunk bed and paid for Saturday delivery. The delivery was on time but the wrong bed delivered. Not open on a Saturday and now I've had to go out and buy another single mattress to fit the bed that was delivered. Let's see if they take it seriously when I contact my credit card company and invoke a charge back on the full amount!

Delivery no problems.the problem occurred thirteen months later a single limelight bed rarely used,my two year old grandson stayed as I sat on the bed to read to him the side frame cracked in half.bedstar response out of warranty!! Told by a joiner that the wood is deal not suitable as a frame poor design if you want a bed made with cheap materials then this is the place to come too........

I ordered a bed for delivery 9th January - they only delivered 2 out of the 3 pieces and I am still awaiting the third in order to make the bed! It's now the 22nd January. I have emailed them four times and not once have I received a reply. I contact customer services three days ago. I had a conversation with a pleasant lady who would look into it and get back to me and she has not called back! They have zero customer service - DO NOT USE

I bought a bed which i was then advised the next day that it had been discontinued. They asked if i wanted a refund, i replied within 10mins of receiving their email to say yes. I spoke on web chat the day after and was told the refund should be done that day or the next at the very latest. A few more days of chasing it up, no emails or Anything and no-one responding on web chat. I finally got a refund 8 days later. I originally paid via paypal. Now pYpL are saying it takes up to 30 days to show in my bank.... £900 less and no bed! Wouldnt use agAin!

Never use this company. I've been chasing them for 2 weeks to get my order sorted. The customer service team are the worst I've ever known in any company. Bed arrived over a week later and in 3 separate parts over 3 completely separate days. Tried to complain but won't take it seriously. Got to the point now, where I'm contacting their directors to get a response for the intolerance of their idiotic management
