“I would just like to mention that when the mattress was delivered ,the men would not take the plastic off the mattress and was going to leave it leaning against the wall. Why did I pay for delivery if they were not going to put it on the bed frame.”

Our drivers bring your mattress inside, through stairs or narrow walls, and leave it in your specified room, so you can unpackage it (Think of it as a parcel, would you expect the delivery man to unwrap the parcel for you?) However! If you would like for us to remove the packaging, we do have an optional service of taking away the rubbish of the mattress, which I am sure our professional drivers would have offered you if you mentioned it to them. “Incorrect bed frame delivered awaiting correct frame to be delivered had requested that mattress sit flush with bed frame only realized after it had been set up There is no way of seeing this on the quote maybe consider updating quote”
