“Bought two small lemon trees last year for my mum and I. Followed google instructions with weekly citrus feed from Homebase. One year late WOW! See photo! Also got a 5 ft bare root cherry tree November 2020 and planted it on a good cold day about a week after I got it. Buds are just coming out 4 months later. Lovely shape. Looking forward to the blooms. Also 3 rose bushes at same time with buds coming out. Surprised and shocked at the negativity on here when Ive had consistently good products, packaging and service. Packaging for my mum was lovely. Think there’s a bit of a vendetta towards this company? The plants make there way up to the north coast absolutely fine!”

I ordered 33 red robins, 20-40cm, most were twigs at 10cm high the others bearly 20cm, I emailed then and they said they have been pruned to grown wider???
You cant leave a bad review on their website either.”

“SUB STANDARD PLANTS AND APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Really wish I had read these reviews before I bought from them. **** AVOID THIS COMPANY ***** I ordered 250 2ft to 3ft bare root hedging plants. Could not believe how small the parcel was when it arrived, on checking I found that 160 plants were less than 2ft tall, in fact 70 ish were only just over 1 ft. Emailed them with a complaint. Bear in mind these are plants that need dealing with quickly. No response after 3 days, so phoned twice, on 4th day a cursory email arrived from Robert. No apologies, no explanation, just a one liner saying if I wasn't happy I could send them back. I asked for a returns label, or I said I would be happy if they replaced the 160 that were too small. Another 4 days later I chased by phone, finally got a one line email saying exactly the same one line as before. Wish I had taken notice of the various review platforms before I ordered. “Ordered 2 Pink Berry shrubs and paid for 2 pink berry shrubs, then had delivered 2 dark red berry shrubs that I could of got elsewhere for a lot cheaper than the £25 a shrub I paid. Have phoned and left emails, finally got an email back asking for photo's, which I sent quite clearly showing both plant description on the plants and what was on the Invoice and since then not heard anything back.”

“I ordered two 5' bare root Himalayan beech trees. I was shocked to find two 5' long twigs with literally pencil thin stems and zero branches. If they survive which I doubt because the root system is virtually none existent it will take years to resemble anything close to a tree. They should not be trading. I blame myself for not researching better. Judging by the comments on this site it would be a waste of time trying to recover any monies. EXPENSIVE TWIGS”

“Terrible company. Wish I had seen all the bad reviews before ordering my Rowan tree. Contacted them for advice because new leaves coming out then shrivel and died. Sent photos and they initially said it looked dried out. My confidence in them dropped after I said garden was watered twice daily in warm weather and they then said it was too much water ???????
They had previously said it was a hungry tree and their website says to keep it moist.
Several messages back and forth, all very polite , so I asked for a replacement ( before I read bad reviews) and they just insisted we had over watered and then silence.
Do NOT believe their guarantee about wanting customers to be 100% happy.

“I too am very angry with this company. I ordered a fig tree from them. The heading said "Ready to fruit large fig tree" so I paid £20 to receive this fig tree. The picture they had on there was a bunch of figs on a branch so I dont know what to expect but I new I was going to get a plant ready to fruit healthy something. I received a big long box which I thought oh ok large it is ok but when I opened it I was shocked to look at a twig 25 cm long and thin as a match stick and 3 yellow small leaves with rust marks on the leaves. I could not believe what I was looking at. This will not fruit its a stick. I though ok I will plant it and hope for the best. Maybe Im wrong? Maybe sticks do fruit? Everyone reading this must think the same as I did. BS. The twig was dead the next day although I planted and gave water. The leaves dropped off it the next day. I took a pic and sent it to the seller. He said "I did not state how large the tree will be?" How rude can you get. I requested a return he accepted but sent me a message saying "I will have it back but will not refund as it will not be in original packaging? I thought what? So here I am expressing my feelings and warning people to avoid this company.”
