I was very disappointed with the service. Having ordered a few boxes for a planned party I was looking forward to trying some new beer. 2 weeks after ordering I called to be told my order is in stock and the agent was going to get someone to call me back. No call. I again called back expecting my order to be delivered quickly given it was over 2 weeks late. Again I was told my order was still in the warehouse and it would be delivered in a few days time. It did finally arrive however not within a few days. Very disappointing service with no mention of compensation. Needless to say I had to buy beer from a local store for my party.

I emailed beerhawk over a month ago asking them few questions regarding some of their product I'm still waiting for them to answer, how can someone possibly take over a month to reply back to an email??

I specifically chose beer Hawk and purchased more than £50 to receive free delivery within 3 days so I'd get my husbands birthday present in time. Having ordered on 18th November, the items finally all arrived by 6th December, 2 and a half weeks later. The items were late for my husbands birthday. Not impressed at all.

Totally disgusted with the service from this company, their customer service is non existent, sent numerous emails to cancel my subscription from the beer club, no answer and yet they still take money, will not recommend and will pass on their shite customer service skills

Item was damaged in transit and never made its way to me then when I wanted to re-order it was out of stock. Beerhawk credited me with beer tokens but when I used these towards my next order, they have so far only shipped half my order. Furthermore they used a massive box for a small item - not necessary!!!!

Order advent calendar for £65, one of the cans is empty and has leaked on on the other bottles leaving sticky mess on them. disappointing as was so expensive and has put me off ordering again as clearly they don't transport very well / very likely to happen again!

Terrible service, booked 2 x advent calendars - took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered even though on the invoice it states 3 days. No one on the phone or email could provide any answers - total shambles.

Ordered advent calendar 17th November. A week later I had a text from the courier company to give me a delivery time that day. It didn't arrive. Contacted courier company who said there was a problem with the address, so please contact Beer Hawk. Phoned them the following morning - they agreed to pay for Saturday delivery, the next day. It never arrived! I was then told by the courier company that they had returned it to Beer Hawk!! Phoned Beer Hawk again and Sam reordered (29th November). Received a text the following day, from Customer Services, apologising and adding that it would DEFINITELY be delivered by 1st December. It didn't arrive! Phoned Sam at Beer Hawk, who said they had no idea where it was - it was marked as 'Delayed' by courier. I cancelled the order and ordered a calendar from Waitrose, which was delivered the following day. PayPal payment was supposed to have been refunded, but had to ask a couple of times before that appeared. Two days later, my husband took delivery of the original calendar, which had supposedly been returned to BeerHawk and still showed up on courier website as such! It's now the 13th December and I'm still having trouble getting messages through to Beth at Customer Services for them to collect it. She's been lovely, but the email system is very peculiar and some seem to go missing! My son was desperately excited about receiving the advent calendar and is delighted with the Waitrose one he eventually received, but the stress involved in so many broken promises and having to get it a day late because we believed BeerHawk's promises and were let down, really knocked the shine off it. It's such a shame because it seemed like a great product, but they have really let themselves down and I don't hold out much hope that many people will re-order next Christmas.

I ordered a Christmas advent beer calendar on 27 November as a gift for a friend. When it hadn't arrived by 6 December I emailed a complaint. No reply. Next day I called and spoke to a sales person who said she'd pass my complaint on to customer service. I then received refund for the order with absolutely no explanation of why I had not received it, nor any apology. Very disappointed.

This company are not to be trusted everything out of there mouth is lies. We ordered 4 calendars and after countless emails and phone calls eventually got them I day before the 1st with no tasting kits as promised by there manager and Stuart, after staying in 2 days for deliverys that didn't arrive 2 out of 4 where damaged and when you open the window the beers are not at the windows! The sad thing about all of this is I would be happy if they turned up on time ,undamaged and with no stress but in the end not worth it. The tasting kits missing where the last straw when I contacted them again I got a email down the lines of we have run out tough. The customer service if you have a problem don't help and one woman was extremely rude they have moved to a bigger premises but after the advent calendar saga I sense won't need the space they carried on advertising for orders when they couldn't fulfill the ones they already had that's GREED.

slowly delivery, damaged box not acceptable for xmas gift. wouldn't accept discount code cost me extra 12 pounds. wouldn't use again

Avoid this company Extremely unprofessional in every way. Ordered a present over two weeks ago has never arrived. I then had to chase and was lied to by a lady called Sam in customer services about the where the delivery was to be promised it would be with me in 2 days. It still never arrived, I then had to all customers services which took over an hour to get through to speak to someone different in customer services who then made up a story that original delivery was damaged and they were unsure when they could send out another order! Disgraceful. Have had a refund and will never order from here again

After speaking to customer service, I was advised they could do next day delivery to speed up the delay, then the next day I was told they couldn't, then I was told a manager would call and never I received that either. Utterly terrible customer service; I have been told conflicting information and the amount of time I have spent on the phone has wasted a lot of time. It would have been much more manageable had I been advised of the delay in the first place. Because of this, we now have no beer for the party I am organising. Great job, Beer Hawk, great job.

Did not deliver until I complained about not receiving, then got delivery wrong. There is no dedicated customer service telephone line, which is ridiculous, therefore you cannot speak to somebody to get any problems sorted out straight away. Only after phoning, emailing, and tweeting repeatedly did someone finally reply to say "oh sorry the item we've charged you for but not delivered is out of stock." Overall a terrible experience.

Absolutely appalling. The advent calendar turned up broken then the second one turned up unusable as all the bottles had fallen out of the holes. The customer service was disgusting. They don't answer the phones, don't reply to emails and then when they offer you a refund they don't actually do it so you then have to chase them up again. Wouldn't recommend or use beer hawk again.

Not happy at all, I received and paid for 2 products. One extra sent in error and still need to return one and still waiting for a refund. I can't get any response from this company. I have emailed and even telephoned and still can't get anywhere.

Ordered two of the advent calendars to be given as gifts with a month spare to allow plenty of time for delivery. Despite chasing many times I had to get google shops involved and they finally turned up with just one day to go before they were due to be opened. However as they were gifts i then couldnt get them to their recipients till the following weekend ruining the present. Which was then ruined even more by finding that both calendars had a number of drinks missing from behind the doors. A great ideal but a bad company - buy from somebody else

Bought advent calendar. Courier left out in the rain. When trying to open doors all the bottles and cans had fallen to yhe base. Had to open calendar up and remove all the beers. Very poor customer service and product quality. DO NOT BUY.
