I'm sure it would've been great if it had actually arrived. Had to call to check where my order was after two weeks - Beer Hawk have reordered it but it won't arrive in time for Christmas.

Awful customer service ordered a week ago and still no sign of my order rude and unhelpful staff on the phone would never use again there's much better options out there

I Ordered a gift voucher on the 9th December. How difficult can it be to deliver this in time for Christmas??? Your customer Services have never answered the phone once in 3 days. It divrrts to the order line and all they can do is pass on the message. This is simply not good enough. I am very very annoyed.

Wrong order was sent, only 10 bottle rather than 15. Contact customer service - got ignored. As this company is just a re-seller for products other companies produce - customer service is key - and sadly completely lacking here. Will not use again.

My review would not be a quick one so ill not bother writing it plus none of my complaints have been responded to properly so what is the point. thank you to Sam for resolving the issues with my order the only person who seemed to help and I must have spoken to 5 people in total at beer hawk! Will not be using you again plenty of other companies doing the same thing that I can use hopefully these will be more professional!

Ordered 2x Xmas bottles for a secret Santa gift. Paid £5 delivery and a huge box arrived (reduce the size and cost) containing only 1 bottle. I emailed to advise of the missing bottle to be ignored completely. Disappointed to say the least. In effect I have paid £10 for 1 bottle of beer

I used beer hawk once and all went well! I used it again cyber Monday, I didn't get my order until over a week later! However this wasn't my complete order, so I had to chase the rest of the order I hadn't received. There was no email or phone call to apologise for incomplete order, and to this date 20/12/2016 I have still not received my complete order! Dissatisfied is an under statement.

I ordered "A Big Beery Mixed Case (30 bottles)" case well in time for Christmas as a present. The delivery came a few days later but only one case (with 15 bottles) was delivered. The delivery drop was unsatisfactory since it was dropped on the front door step and not signed for , since the driver did not bother to ring the doorbell. I called Beer Hawk on their Customer Services number but after ringing out for a few minutes I managed to get through to someone in their accounts department. They took my phone number and promised someone would call me "tomorrow". AS you know tomorrow never comes and neither did a phone call. So I called again and got the same response but with assurances that the call would come. Again next day no call from Beer Hawk. So in despair I called again followed the same protocol , no answer from "customer services" , redirect to accounts and the "I can only ask someone to call you I cannot deal with the problem". Everyone is very busy blah blah blah. I asked if they have an escalation procedure which apparently they don't have. The person gave me a another phone number to ring who could sort out the problem. Some one from the Order department answered and guess what. She could take my number and get someone to ring me tomorrow. Pathetic! So if are going to use this company for Beer Supplies, I suggest you order a single case and hope that they can deliver it correctly in one attempt. Otherwise you will become as frustrated as I am.

Ordered on the 28th of November, they delivered to the wrong address!! after several emails & phonecalls trying to rectify the delivery address we still havent received the parcel over 3 weeks later!! They said they would completely refund me, they only refunded me partially but have lost the will to phone & complain again! Appalling customer service & no communication. The girl I spoke to was not interested, unapologetic & rude on the phone!

I would not recommend that anyone buys from Beer Hawk. After the poor service my wife received from beer hawk with the advent calender I decided to give them another chance with a voucher from advent calender but wished I had not used beer hawk. On Friday 25th November I placed an order and my order was confirmed by email and stating that it would be delivered within 5 working days when my order failed to arrive within that time frame I emailed them and was told it was in the warehouse was to be despatched 4 days later I received an email from a director saying sorry that my order had not been received by and promised that a £5 credit would be applied to my account. Two day later my order arrived and I was pleased with the beers I ordered however when I signed into my account there was no credit on my account absolutely useless company need to improve their customer service or they will have no business left, they need to take a look at other on-line retailers to see how to keep their customers happy and read the endless bad reviews on Facebook and other reviews sites. As someone who has run a Business for over 20 years if I treated my customers the way beer hawk have treated theirs I would not have a business left. It is such a shame because the products our really good apart from the out of date beer I found in my calender.

Having used beer hawk before on numerous occasions I felt confident that ordering beers for my Nephews 30th birthday 5 days before the order, that the beers would arrive on time and safely. No such luck 10 days to travel 200 miles!! My nephew didn't receive them for his birthday and they turned around and offered me free postage? Not much of a birthday present. I'll be using other online suppliers from now on. If they'd offered him a voucher along side the beers maybe it might have made receiving them late a little more palatable but no chance.

If I could leave no stars I would!! Worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered on 1st December and was told delivery was within 5 day....after chasing this up myself when the order hadn't arrived by the 19th December I was told that the product was no longer in stock so could not have it so would be refunded!! The week before Christmas I now have to go out and find another gift for my family member. No alternative product was offered by beer hawk-worst customer service I have dealt with. And terrible that they did not let me know until I chased it up. Numerous people I know ordered products from Beer Hawk on Black Friday and have had the same issues. Do NOT use this company!!!

Dreadful. Beers took at least three weeks to turn up and then a quarter of the order was missing. After the second attempt there was still one beer missing so I cancelled it. Customer service is non-existent. If you ring up you either get cut off or told that someone will ring you back - which they don't. Replies to emails don't address the problems. And they still haven't told me why the order took so long to deliver.

My very 1st order was late. They sent an email out beforehand to warn me of this so I did not mind when it arrived late. I then placed a 2nd order on 4th December thinking it would be with me no later than 12th December. It is now 19th December and after numerous emails/messages and being told it would be here on Wednesday 14th then either Saturday 17th or today (Monday 19th) it still states 'In Warehouse'. I have now requested a full refund and will not be using Beer Hawk again.

Order slow to arrive. Zero communications either by phone or e-mail during waiting period. Eventually delivered and found in next doors garden! On opening found order was incorrect. Reported this, but again no communications from Beer Hawk. Had to open a Paypal claim to get a response and a partial refund. Will never order from Beer Hawk again and would advise anyone against doing so.

To cut a long story short, my order never arrived. I spoke to customer service twice and both times they said they would call back, they never did. It was a birthday present and so my brother in law never got his gift. So disappointed. After 3 weeks of no sign of my order I cancelled it and got a refund. Will never use them again and will not be recommending them, in fact quite the opposite

I was told mine was signed for by a Gary? then told it was left in the garage, my garage is electric and is locked and can only be opened using a code or a remote! Then told it's missing??? Beer Hawk have not replied to emails, I managed to get through to their customer services just for them to tell me its been signed for? Neither Beer Hawk or UKmail can supply a solution... Luckily I paid via PayPal and raised a dispute. I've still got no xmas present for my dad and currently £39.99 out of pocket! Beer Hawk have not had the courtesy to replay to the dispute raised on PayPal and continue to ignore my emails and phone calls I've given up!! useless, avoid!
