Wel i ordered a beer machine and 2 kegs on weds 14th dec it is now fri 30th and i stil havent received it im am absolutely furious as ive sent countless emails , made countless phone calls and im getting no where i would never recommend this company to anyone !

I can't believe you have the audacity to ask me for a review. I ordered a crate of beer, heard nothing for 2 weeks, got in touch to ask about the order, was told you were out of stock and I should wait a week, I got in touch a week later and you told me my order was damaged in transit and you would refund me. In the meantime, I made another order. I still haven't received the refund from the first order and at no stage in the process has anyone from Beerhawk proactively contacted me, rather I've had to get in touch with you at each stage. It's a real shame as I love beer and you have a great selection at good prices. But your level of service has been so appalling I will never use your company again

6 of us used this company to do a secret santa. Half the orders are wrong. I only got 2 of 4 items, as did 2 others in the group. With no explanation prior to sending they've ignored all our messages. Avoid.

Dean, we got it wrong and apologise for the issues you have faced. We have had an exceptional Christmas period and sadly let you down on this occasion. I am confident that if you return in the future that you will see how good we really are.

Horrendous company. Me and 5 mates used them for a secret santa event. Of the 6 orders 3 of them were wrong, missing beers with no replacements but still charged full amount and no email to say beers were missing, and we're still waiting on 2 orders arriving to check if they're right despite the long wait. So 1 out of 6 orders correct... Contacted customer care, twitter and FB and nothing so far.

Iddy, Thanks for the feedback and I am taking this forward to see what we did wrong. I do know that we have rectified some issues but we need to ensure all are rectified.

I ordered on 28th November for a Birthday on 5th December. My order didn't arrive until 22nd December with half the items missing and 2 x glasses missing. My refund was approximately £7 short on a £60 order. Their service is so poor I can't be bothered chasing my refund up. Throughout their responses were poor with jokes like don't worry our elfs will have your order with you in time for Christmas. I also had a similar experience back in September but gave them the benefit of doubt. Stay clear EVERY cog in this business is faulty.

Ordered two calendars totally £130. Apparently smashed on delivery, never informed. Offered beer tokens for the headache (after chasing over and over) second order using FOC tokens also not sent, had to chase too. Company sounds extremely disorganised, wouldn't use again or recommend.

Missing bottles off order, had to chase numerous times before they eventually refunded the difference - they didn't seem to know what they were doing. The same thing happened last year - I don't think they have the resources to cope at busy times. They need to improve their stock control - why let people order stock they don't have? It's a pity I can't recommend them...they have a good beer selection, but it's a lottery to get the beers you've ordered.

I ordered a group of the beer bullets which I thought would be perfect as Christmas gifts (including my secret Santa) over the black Friday weekend. The order took over 3 weeks to get here which meant I had to buy another secret Santa gift and I was told in two occasions my order would be shipped and it wasnt. The order also wasn't correct. The beer in the bullets didn't match what I had ordered and there were two items missing. When I tried to arrange for a refund I was told the order would be collected the next day and I have yet to have someone come and pick it up. Very disappointing and annoying.

Short version: Dreadful logistics and terrible customer service let down a good product. Long version: On the 15th December, I ordered 2 mixed crates of beer, one Belgian and one German for guests over Christmas. I ordered in plenty of time before the end of guaranteed deliveries. On the 19th only 1, the Belgian crate was delivered. I rang immediately, was told that customer services were too busy to speak to me, and would ring me back with 24 hours. No-one rang back. The next day I rang again. I was told that no-one from customer services was available again and I would be called back. No-one called me back. I tweeted @thebeerhawk on the 20th, was promised they would try to help, but didn't. On the 21st I rang again, and finally spoke to customer services, who explained (after ringing off to talk to UKMail) that the courier had dropped the 2nd crate, it was leaking, but that no-one had bothered to tell the sender. The lady in customer services told me that she would arrange expedited redelivery, for the 23rd. On the 23rd, not having had a delivery notification, I rang up again, asking if my delivery was still happening. I was told that the delivery was with UKmail, and would be either the 23rd or, worst case, on the 24th. I rang back on the 24th, spoke to the order line, was told that customer services must be busy and someone would call me back. No-one did, so I rang back yet again, only to be told a) customer services were on leave until after Christmas and b) my order wouldn't be delivered until the 28th. I explained that this was a bit late for Christmas dinner, and that I wanted to cancel the order. I was promised a call back, because the order line can't do cancellations, and, needless to say, it didn't happen. This morning, whilst I was asleep, UKMail left the outstanding parcels behind my bin, about 1 metre from a busy street, and no doubt in breach of whatever licensing conditions Beerhawk operates under. Rang yet again, and finally cancelled. Beerhawk's unwanted delivery can stay in their "secure location" until UKmail come back for it. No-one ever called me back, and no-one has offered me anything at all by way of apology for this terrible, frustrating farce. No German beer with Christmas dinner, and too late to order with another supplier. It looks a lot to me like Beerhawk have increased their marketing and product range, without sorting out customer services or a decent delivery partner. No-one in their customer services took ownership of my problem, and it looks like they rely on the customer complaining to draw any issues to their attention. If you order from them, particularly at a non-busy time of year, you might get lucky, and not have a problem - but, as of the minute, I'd seriously recommend you go elsewhere.

My order went in on 17th November and eventually arrived 22nd December after around 15 phone calls at various times in between. Often I was unable to get through to customer services and was redirected to the order line. they tell you will get rung back. I never was (about 7 times!). My order was reordered 3 times before it eventually arrived! It was the 15 finalists from the CAMRA Bottled beer awards. Two of the top three were not included and I was given replacements. During my attempts to locate my purchases I I read reviews on the internet. Many customers had complaints. Perhaps I should have complained more as I was mot offered any compensation - or and extra bottle to say sorry! I will not be using Beerhawk again. I felt really let down and at one point was worried that they didn't even exist and it was all a scam. Rob Walker

Hi, been meaning to email as I found the expierince poor to say the least. First off the gift pack I purchased from you took nearly 3 weeks to come when it did finally come the glass was smashed. Called you and you sent a replacement glass which didn't fit the gift box. Bottom line is couldn't use the gift for the secret santa present so I had to purchase a second gift. Beer hawk was a complete waste of money. Thanks Nick

I ordered the beer on 10th December and after a long catalogue of errors by the courier it still hasn't arrived ( now 28th Dec). It apparently was delivered to a neighbour of my work address although no card or notification was left. I have made several calls to Beerhawk but they have promised to get back to me but haven't each time and I was left without one of my main Christmas presents!

Order placed 28th November. 5 working day delivery. Arrived 22nd December. Various phone calls, promises not kept, time spent on hold etc.

Ordered beer kegs for Phillips pure pint couple of days after my partner ordered the machine, kegs came within 5 days and were left at side of house (happy days). But unfortunately I sat on Xmas day looking at the kegs wishing I could have a drink, because the Phillips machine has still not turned up. After lots of emails and phone calls to people who just told you lies to get you off the line. I still have no idea where it is and they don't either.. From reading the other reviews I can see that BeerHawk has made a complete hash of their Xmas orders. If they would of just put their hands up and said we have mucked up please have a refund or a free keg/voucher as compensation - I could of respected that instead of the lies. Yes as I write this I am still siting here looking at the kegs - with a mouth like gandi's flip flop.... Sort it out BeerHawk....

My order took 3 weeks to arrive!!! As an apology I was supposed to get £10 worth of beer tokens, after 3 phone calls I've still not got them! Then to top it all off.... When we opened the case of beer on Christmas morning, some of the beers advertised to be in the case weren't!!!! And they happened to be re beers we wanted to try! Will be calling them for the fourth time today!!!! Not happy at all!

I will never use beer hawk again. I placed an order on 12th December which should have been out for delivery within 5 working days. Up until now I still haven't received it and had to "reschedule" my delivery 4 times with UK mail which was a complete waste of time because it has never arrived. I think it is a great shame that their choice of delivery company really lets them down as they had a great range of products, but if you can't get the product to the customer for the appointed time what's the point of having them. The even bigger cheek is the fact that after me complaining about my failed delivery I get a generic email reading; Hawk Order. We hope that the beers are being enjoyed, either by yourself or a lucky gift recipient! No they haven't enjoyed it, and a failed delivery service is all I will remember.
