“Nice selection of email and Speaking to Angus he was very polite and helpful given these odd times we are working with. I had to cancel mine as my circumstance changed but their service will make me serioulsy consider coming back...”

“Very friendly service, my first box was damaged but they sent a replacement and offered me a half price box for my second box as an apology. Both advisors I spoke to (Ben and Angus) were very friendly and professional. Thank you.”

“Beer 52 has been fantastic. I ordered an introductory box which did not arrive. I emailed them and got a really helpful email from Keiran omfrom the customer services team explaining what had happened and let me know a replacement box had been dispatched which arrived promptly The beers have been lovely and I look forward to my next box”

“Great little company with a good selection of craft beers. The customer services advisors are helpful and polite and sort out issues within minutes. The only downside was delivery - I had an email to say the delivery was out but did not receive it until a few days later but I suspect this is more to do with the delivery company than Beer52.”

“I signed up to Beer52 late on Thursday afternoon. It is now Saturday afternoon and my beers were delivered by Hermes at lunchtime today. So far no complaints whatsoever and it looks an interesting selection of beers from Ireland. As I'm self isolating, it seemed like a good way to get some interesting beers delivered to my doorstep in these troubled times. I've now discovered this review site and am rather concerned at the number of poor reviews, accusing the company of being a scam and having poor customer service. I'll see how it goes in future. Contrary to what one reviewer this said, this good review is most definitely genuine !!!”

“Never had any issues with delivery, referral to friends, or anything else. I had stopped my subscription for a bit as I was unemployed, but was so happy to start again! Saved a few boxes to share with the family over Christmas and everyone loved the beers.”

“Great way to discover new beers and breweries. The magazine that comes with each box is great. Not every box is a great but they have to cater for wide range of tastes. Customer service was excellent the one time I had to use it due to delivery company damaging the box. I agree is not cheap and is luxury but is great receiving some interesting beer every month.”

“The beer box I receive each month (always on time, delivered without any fuss) is generally interesting, sometimes challenging and never dull - it's a great way of keeping variety in my beer diet/ knowledge with little or no effort on my part. The monthly magazine and free snack are just a bonus.”
