“This company has the friendliest most helpful customer service I have ever experienced - from phone calls and e mails over the course of my subscription, Dale, Alex and Felix have all been lovely to deal with. The beer’s pretty good too! 😁”

“Had some broken bottles in my delivery. Customer service responded very quickly with a credit note, no questions asked. Felix was very helpful! As a customer felt very appreciated. At a time when we are all looking at the luxuries that we can cut, the customer service I have received will ensure that I look at the less customer friendly luxuries before I think about Beer52. Plus, the beers are great. Please keep it up!”

“I had an issue with a failed delivery of one months box due to an issue with the delivery service. Natalie, Paul and Kirsty were involved in sorting out the issue which resulted in everything getting sorted out.”

“I had a box that wasn't delivered so I queried this via the Beer52 website. Joel promptly got back to me, apologised and has requested a new box to be delivered. The customer service is always spot on, whatever the query or request is!”

“Top service, with top products Always enjoy buying from Beer52 (and now Wine 52). Great section of products, love the little snacks that come into the box. Also fantastic customer support. And I'm not just saying that because the rep (Maria) has the same name as my wife. Always friendly and polite and helpful”

“I have nothing but praise for the quality and variety of the beers, the prompt and efficient delivery, and the customer service. Receiving the subscription monthly case of beer is fun, and it's so much more than just drinking beer. Without Beer52 and left to my own devices to choose beers I would never have discovered such a variety. The staff are great too. Very quick to respond to emails and extremely friendly and helpful. My latest email exchange with the staff prompted me to write this review as Felix really couldn't have been more helpful.”
